Getting g.co/ABH link(dm-verity corruption) after 2 years of stock 9.0 ROM - Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 Questions & Answers

Hello everyone, hope all of you are in great health!
I had my Max Pro M2 for almost two years now (march 2019), running stock android 9 which came with the device with all its OEM updates installed,
but for the first time yesterday when I rebooted I got this first image which I immediately thought was ransomware,
after visiting the link it redirected me to a google page which says my OS could be compromised.

here's a list of things which were working prior to this warning
Installed GCam from trusted source on XDA -2019
Installed Youtube vanced from trusted source on XDA and subsequently installed vanced manager -2019,2020, 2021
Changed device display to aftermarket one -2020
changed microusb port at local repairs hop (he serviced it in front of me, so no rootkit or malware injected afaik) -2021
Can any of the above compromise the stock OS?
or does google like to force people to stop using older android versions?
I performed a full cache and partition wipe and revert to stock image and later did a systems check and got the second image as result.
Later I just booted into the phone after the stock factory image by pressing the power button during the warning screen and it boots up, but during device restart this warning still persists!
Currently running Android 9.0 with all the latest security patches from OEM,
should I finally flash a custom ROM and get rid of this warning? any other information required?
if so anything close to resurrection remix or better in terms of battery life and performance?

Nexus 4 only working on Jellybean (4.2.2)

This is very strange...
Okay, it's the second Nexus 4 that I own (my other one works well, even has Nougat installed on it)
For some reason, it only works on Jellybean version 4.2.2, I've tried to update it to all of the factory updates and yet it gets stuck on a endless boot loop at the start. Very weird.
I've tried to wipe the cache: it does nothing.
I've also tried to Side-load a custom ROM: it still does not work.
I've tried to update it via 4.2.2: it still does not work
I've made a 3 hours research on the internet and yet I found nothing. It's very weird that it does this, and I'm probably the only one who has this problem.
The reason why I am working on making this phone work, despite having a working one with version 7, is because I wanted to gift it to my sister. Yet, I find Jellybean a bit too old for this phone, and would also be cool to have all the features that is include in either Lollipop or Marshmallow.
It would be awesome if someone who found a solution to this problem, to share it with us.

Thanks!
Have you tried flashing factory images? I think that must work

Fix
I just just fixed it!
I've realized that the screws where missing on the bottom, so I've opened the phone. I took the plastic shield off and realized that the Earphone Jack was not plugged. After plugging it back, I tried the update thinking it might be the solution and it is!
So basically what android does, it initializes the hardware while booting. It discovered that there is a component missing, so it got stuck on the initialization.
Thank you for trying to help c:
I still appreciate it!

Problems With In App Purchases

So, a few days ago, when I was browsing through my games, I wanted to buy some in game stuff. But then, I clicked on the item I wanted to purchase, it said in app purchases cannot be completed. As my phone was just rooted natively, which got me thinking if rooting is the problem. Then, I got a fresh new copy of developer ROM by MIUI official for Pro. But after I reinstalled everything, the same problem still occurs, so it made me wonder, if the reason in app purchases could not be completed is because of the framework that the app loads. For example, it loads Xiaomi's Framework instead of Google's Framework.
Anyone has any solution for this? Play store works just fine, but in app purchases doesn't.
My current problem
1st picture is the same game as the 3rd picture, but ran on different platform.
1st picture- On Redmi Pro MIUI 8 7.6.10 Weekly Build (Developer), previously on MIUI 8 8.2.10 Stable, both china versions.
3rd picture- On Nox Emulator on PC Android 4.4.1 with Root enabled.
It works in the emulator but not on the device.
Nox is running stock Android by the watyy.
2nd picture is another game, unfortunately couldn't get the app to work on the Emulator.
Much help would be appreciated!

Followed Stock ROM guide, made some progress, now stuck at Android Recovery

Hello,
I followed the guide at http://https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/stock-rom-npjs25-93-14-4-march-1-t3608138.
I went from having TWRP installed and just having blinking white LED to now booting into Android recovery screen (shown here)

Now that I'm at the Android Recovery screen, someone mentioned I should just be able to hit wipe data/factory reset option and it should boot me into the OS. However, what actually happens is the unit reboots, shows the motorola sign, buzzes, goes black, shows the motorola sign again, goes black, then boots back into Android recovery screen shown.
I'm not sure how to continue troubleshooting.
The one thing that stuck out to me is it said "Flash signed images after reboot if needed"
Is that what I'm missing? If so, what does that entail?
Any help is much appreciated. Concerned I may have fully bricked the phone.
Thanks from your frustrated friend,
Connor J.
P.s. Model # is XT1625-SS
I realized I forgot to add the model number which is XT1625-SS.
I've bought another moto g4 in the meantime that I'm using.
I originally went wrong by installing the SuperSU in a link from a youtube video that was a link to an older version of SuperSU.
So I know I messed up there.
But I'd like to know if there's a way to remedy it because other than my failed tinkering the hardware on the phone is perfectly ok.

Flashing a custom ROM on a ZED AN817DK?

Hey fellas,
I've done some flashing on android before, but only on smartphones, instead of a car multimedia. My model is ZED AN817DK.
It looks like this:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The launcher it came with is kinda disgusting, so I installed Nova Launcher instead.
Regardless, the system barely works, even on the stock settings / factory reset status.
Apps are crashing, changing the audio option in Waze takes a whole 2 minutes to even open up the menu for the option
(the app works but the input is unresponsive for 2 minutes until the menu appears).
I've tried contacting the shop I bought it in and they sent me a "firmware" update in the form of an APK file that will not launch in the device. I don't think I saw an option in it's administrator settings or anywhere else to update firmware via file (only check for firmware update - and it's always "up to date").
So I think I'll resort to flash a custom rom on this. I'm a bit worried since in the scenario where things go wrong I rely only on a pen hole style reset button which I don't fully trust to reset successfully if a custom rom is installed.
Is there a general flashing guide for these devices? How safe is it, as in what are the chances of completely bricking the device?
Are there general or common roms that work well on these devices?

The file I used for the upgrade: UL-ASUS_X018D-WW-15.02.1904.453-user_downgrade https://www.asus.com/supportonly/ZenFone Max Plus (M1)(ZB570TL)/HelpDesk_BIOS/
I ended up restoring to the factory settings and loading the new android 8 image again.
hello dear friend.
When I update through recovery, this message is displayed (update aborted).
And when I update through ota, the phone increases up to 20% and after a while it restarts and the warning of no update is displayed.
