While having enabled dark mode go to dark mode settings and then to individual app settings and from there search Snapchat and disable dark mode on that app. Hope this helps , also are you using force dark mode from developer settings ?? ( You can try that )

[Q] "Image stabilization" - Where is it?

Does anyone know where has SE hidden the image stabilization option for still photos?
I think it's always on. It'd be nice to have the option to turn it off if we wanted though...
When you choose normal mode (not automatic scene-- First option in camera settings), you will get option to turn off & on image stabilizor..

Thats right, by normal mode you can choose the scene and depending on what scene you choose you have more options/settings to choose from.

Oh, Thanks bro (Clicked Thanks also)! I didn't change from "Scene detection" as of now and that's the same option I was using in my X10 previously and the IS was available under that as well. Hence I was under the impression that SE removed that or my phone was missing that option!

how to disable this

Indeed you'd have to talk to the Tapatalk folks about that. It's just the Settings menu icon. Which is Google SOP after they depreciated the back button i.e. they also ask developers to include any overflow menus in app.
I don't see the problem. But then the menu screen shots you posted weren't in English either. Is there more that you're not telling us or just a pet peeve?

Removing "invert colors" quick toggle

For those like me that have tinkered around and inverted colors once you'll notice that you have an unremovable quick toggle now... Annoying. Here's how to remove it (and perhaps any other toggle you might have accidentally enabled).
This is what I'm referring to:

"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
From terminal enter these commands:
su
pm clear com.android.systemui
reboot
Alternatively you can use: "adb shell" with this command from a computer if you don't want to use a terminal but I find this way easier.
Please note that this will also clear your wallpaper but that's easy to fix.
the quick toggles will be removed if they are not used in 30 days also. but it's nice to know of a quick and dirty way to fix it asap.

Go into accessibility in settings, you can turn on invert colors there. Once you do it the widget will appear in your dropdown allowing you to turn it on or off.....
Just long press on the invert colors quick toggle to disable it.

Cannot select 4G Network mode

[Edit] Posted also in General Discussion: consider answer there if the solution is not strictly related to P8
My P8 used to be set to use 4G network, it was set in automatic mode 4g/3g/2g
something like this, if I remember correctly

"lightbox_next": "Next",

"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
For a test, I switched it in 3g mode, so now the settings are:
Now the problem is that in network mode selection, I have no option "4g/3g/2g". only these options:
How to revert to 4g mode? I read around that I can use Settings > Backup & reset > Network settings reset , but according to this link, it resets too many things
Here my phone infos
I assume this is a just a bug in the user interface, not showing the desired network mode
Is there a way to work around it, maybe manually editing some configuration file? or even better some hidden setting screen that I can use?
I'm on a rooted device and can use Adb (not an expert, but I can use it somehow)
