No upgrades?

I have an unrooted SM-N910G purchased directly from Samsung in Singapore
The last update I received was 5.0.1
N910GDTU1BOC7
3.10.40-5042088
Build LRX22C_N910GDTU1BOF1
I heard that newer versions would be rolled-out, but whenever i have the system check,
it tells me this is the last upgrade.
can someone tell me whether I am doing something wrong?
The roll out for Marshmallow has just recently begun. Some countries have received the update for Marshmallow eariler than some. The speed of the firmware update release depends on where you purchased your device. I am still waiting for the OTA Marshmallow firmware update for my UAE N910C. Just be patient, I'm sure you will get it soon.
No matter what Singapore CSC is selected, all of them got the latest 5.1.1 update in december, 2015:
XSP, MM1

GT-N7105 UK EE Firmware Release 2017

It's true. If you have a UK GT-N7105 on EE then there was a new official KitKat firmware released by Samsung and EE. It is described as a "Stability update". The PDA Version is N7105XXSFQA2. I notice the same updated version is also available for other regions, see samdown.com/samsung/GT-N7105
I recently reset my Note II from lineageos to stock and I received the update OTA. I used some vulnerability scanners and can confirm that this KitKat version is not vulnerable to Stagefright, Openssl Heartbleed, FakeID or Masterkey bugs. The kernel is updated and SE Linux policies are updated too. As far as I can tell there are no new features and the firmware image still contains obsolete and unusable apps such as Reader Hub, Music Hub and so on.

On Samsung page shows there are: doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-G950F/DBT/doc.html
Phone info
Model number: SM-G950F
Android v: 7.0
Samsung Experience v: 8.1
Baseband v: G950FXXU1AQC8
Build number: NRD90M.G950FXXU1AQDD
Android security patch level: April 1, 2017
I'm from Europe/Romania and using Orange carrier. I bought it from someone who said the phone is from the UK which is true.
I did a factory restore when I got it and the phone is not rooted and unlocked.
Should I flash a new version? If so which one? I've never done this before so I'm really cautious.
same here i live in algeria can't receive oreo update , i'm thinking of flashing my s8 to the french firmware but i'm scared of breaking it
The samsungmobile.com link shows OTA availability for a CSC of DBT, which is German according to other XDA threads, not Romanian. Update availability is based on CSC, are you sure that your CSC is DBT?
I have the same issue .. please can anybody assist
I would try updating manualy to Oreo latest and then updating it to PIE
Just update from odin with home_csc to keep the data. But if you update from 7.0 to another android version, i recomend a clean install.

Hi, newbie here.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 unlocked AT&T. Provider is Straighttalk. Owned this phone for years. The Android system has not updated beyond ver. 5.0 (not even 5.0.1). Here are numbers that may help provide a solution.
Ver. 5.0
Baseband ver. G900AUCU4BOF2
Kernel ver. 3.4.0-4432708
Please tell me how to get the phone to update to the most recent version.
Thanks, thelonius

All Samsung phones get major os updates for about 2 year's so the S 5 ,depending on carrier, country and if it's European, Asian, African or American, can be stuck from android 5 to 6.
See sammobile and search for your model and carrier (if not unlocked) what's the lastest firmware available.
If there's a more recent firmware available and you don't have OTA notifications or OTA dosen't give you it after tying a manual update, try to update with samsung kies installed on a pc.
If even this dosen't work, download ,from sammobile, the lastest odin (it's under your firmware) and install it on your pc. Then download the last firmware for your model (always from sammibile) and install it with Odin. On sammobile, under your firmware, there's the explanations for how to do it.

Android 12 (OneUI 4) Based Official Samsung ROM for Galaxy Tab S6 Lite

Is it possible to download the Android 12 (OneUI 4) Based Official Samsung ROM for Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (bought in India) before the over the air update arrives?
Yes! You can download any rom with Frija and flash it with odin. Right now only the French (XEF) rom is Android 12.
South Korea (KOO) version was just released today!
https://samfw.com/firmware/SM-P610/KOO/P610XXU2EVC5
I got today upgrade by OTA to Android 12 and One UI 4.1. XEO in Europe.
I've flashed the french rom (XEF) last week. And its performance os far better then android 11. All the sluggish is finally gone at last.
Since 2 days new update working without any problems. Only one think - I got "extra dimm" option, but it gone. I got same problem on Note 10 Plus after update to Android 12 - option is in system but can open it only by Shortcut Manager app etc.
Is the gesture navigation working smoothly, because it lagged a lot on one ui 3.1 .
Does anyone know how I can flash a stock android 12L rom on tab s6 lite ?also please recomend some roms
