I don't understand how they can sell something and don't stand behind their products.
Joying forgets that's happy customers are the buyers from tomorrow.
Perhaps list;
- who installed the unit.
- How was the wiring validated as correct
- The issue you are experiencing
- when the issue started
- What steps have been taken technically and support wise to resolve the issue
- The MCU type/number of the unit
- where the unit was purchased from - is this the same reseller you purchased from? There are multiple "joying" resellers of Joyous factory units.
I just had a simple question regarding rearview camera and the producer of a device should provide an answer like this:
"You can try this and that" or just an answer like "unfortunately that not possible but hey, have a look on our new products <link>".
And not starting to talk about company principles and find stupid reasons just because they are too lazy to give an answer.

I picked up a Burg 13 on the Bay for cheap to possibly review but I wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with the watch or the company?

is there any support from the developer / manufacturer? that's the problem with a lot of these watches... functionality becomes limited.
I will say that it's REALLY NICE looking watch for sure!

Looking forward to get a tesla style unit for my Lexus RX350 2007 with Factory Nav and backup camera. I am located in Texas - USA.
Was just wondering if you guys have any recommendations what would be the best/fastest unit available for my car. The goal would be to keep the OEM backup camera and possibly have compatibility with custom firmwares, like Sergey's for example (could be any other).
I am not a picky person as far as sound quality, all I am really looking for on the unit is to be able to use the OEM camera, Spotify, google maps, Control4 (home automation application) and maybe some youtube now and then.
To be able to have the unit in Dark mode would be a huge plus too.
I sent a message to this seller and he replied confirming this unit is pretty much “plug and play-ish” (needs the original AC board) and supports the OEM backup camera. He also sent me a screenshot showing the Device Information. Not sure if you guys have seen or worked if this unit before. The seller said they usually release updates every quarter or so, not sure if this is true.

I just recently purchased an Eonon GA2189S Head Unit.
Build number: full_825x_Pro-Octa PPR1.180610.011.eng.root.20200426.093427 userdebug
Custom Build Version: android-trunk-p0.825X_Pro
First problem: One of the main reasons I bought this head unit was to use Torque to monitor engine vitals in my 2009 Infiniti G37 Coupe. The unit comes with a preinstalled version of Torque OBD, but when I try to download themes I am met with the following error (I will attach screenshot). It does not matter what type of Wifi I am connected to, whether its the strong signal from my home or the hotspot on my iphone.
When I emailed Eonon, they said their "Engineer" said its "not compatible with their head unit" and that they are "sorry". I sent an email to Torque customer service to no avail.
I'm really not happy, as I have had it running on my Android Phones for the last 2 years with absolutely no issue. But this unit doesn't even have a reboot button! I need a paperclip to reboot the system.
Does anyone have any experience with this android build, and im looking for info on what modifications I can make to the OS. I want my Torque themes to work and I do not want to be limited!
Please advise with any suggestions or tips - thank you all so much!

There is a second one in the canbus settings but nothing happens when I change the settings would you know why? Here is a photo of the eq which is not working

hello and thank you for your answer the seller is only an intermediary and does not really know the HU ^^ I will have to manage without him. I think that changing the firmware could partially solve these problems.
