Q: Why there's no new build for official lineageOS 13 (I9506)?
Most likely because LineageOS is up to 14.1 and development on 13 ended when 14 was released.
I would be glad if someone can provide me LOS 14.1 link for any builds of December.
If anyone finds latest Linage OS 15.1 Unofficial builds, do report links here!

I was checking today the lineage OS official builds repository and builds for S6/S6edge are gone !
There are builds for S5 and S7, but not S6. According to their wiki the device is no longer maintained, but I was hoping automated nightly build would still run.
Android 7.1 is still receiving security patches and LOS 14.1 is by far the most stable and complete LOS for S6.
It is sad but it looks like we have to build lineage on our own to get security patches ...

Also there is no official release of lineage os 19.1 in the website for lte but available for wifi version
