I feel that the overall feel of the phone is nice, It's not too big and not to small. It fits in my big hands nicely and my 6 year old daughter likes it and shes got smaller hands.
The only thing I am not keen on is the fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone near the top of the phone. This is because you have to stretch to reach it and sometimes it takes a second to position your fingers if you are not looking.

After being extremely frustrated with the one hand usage issues with bezel-less phones like the Galaxy S7 edge, this phone is a godsend. It's just awesome. This, tall, fits content, has bezels so that it never registers false touches. I can finally use a phone with one hand.

Slippery as heck. I am coming from a Nexus 6. That had a great grippy back and shape. I have nearly dropped the Pixel 3 several times. It is like a wet fish. Case is on the way.

Feels great in hand!
Weight balance is a bit off. Typing with one hand is pretty difficult. Can't watch movies with one hand while in bed.
Device weight is not distributed properly. I feel mobile is top heavy for some reason...

I'd say it's very comfortable to be held in hand. No cubic edges that hurt or frustrate your hand, the phone is mid sized so my fingers yet to reach each other, barely. Just perfect.

Very comfortable in hand despite its large screen size, a little on the heavy side but that's to be expected with the 5000mAh battery.
Really nice. The dark case that came with my blue phone fits really well and feels spot on
