Should be in system info or about android
Look for PX5 and MCU version this will tell you what mcu you have so your mcu can be updated to the latest version and correct version and you can upgrade to the latest and correct version of android there are different versions of Android you want the one for your HU or even flash a custom rom .
I hope this will help you in your journey

[Q] sch-I400 hardware specs

i need some help: what are i400 hardware specs?
ive been trying to find out for certain all the hardware for drivers on the continuum, also for I500 (fascinate not mesmerize).
i am in need to find out the right config and take out all the debugging remarks.
when i compiled the GB kernel from sources i seen that theconfigs differ on the s5pv210 vs the s5pc110 boards [edit: there is a driver that atlas uses to use both boards), i think thats why the kernel fc'd on boot.
i will post what i have found and if we can search and find the rest, it would help out sooo much.
thanks
<3 ciscogee
Let me know what you need and I'll help as much as I can. May not be much, but I'll try!

Although I haven't tried using AnTuTu yet, I installed Basemark X on my HDX and it came back with results of 14.555 FPS onscreen and 14.031 FPS offscreen. Seeing where that stands in comparison to pretty much any other Android tablet, I'm quite impressed.

Seicane Android 9.7inch Android head unit

Hi team,
Just wanted to share my experience with the Seicane 9.7inch Android head unit.
BLUF: I'm satisfied with the unit but there's a lot of problems and frustrations.
I bought this Android head unit for my 2012 VW Tiguan, I didn't have high expectations however I enjoy a challenge ? https://www.seicane.com/2013-2014-2...-1080p-mirror-link-obd2-rearview-camera-k1013
While it's sold as Android 9.1 it's actually running Marshmallow, they've even gone to the effort of faking the Android Version number in software settings but it still comes up with Marshmallow when you tap the version to get the Easter egg ??*
The hardware and facia are reasonable quality, the unit looks quite good, some of my clips were bent so it doesn't sit quite right but nothing too obvious.
There's very little in the way of instructions, so if you'll need a basic understanding of car audio/electrical and some tools. I decided to install a reverse camera at the same time so spent a lot of time pulling apart panels
I ordered the "carplay" dongle which I'd strongly advise against, however I definitely recommend Headunit Reloaded, Emil has done some great work and is very helpful with set-up issues https://labs.xda-developers.com/store/app/gb.xxy.hr

If that's the case, a tablet this cheap and running the latest version of Android is a major GO for a vehicle head unit.
Will be picking one up, thanks!

I am newbie to this, so not sure what does it mean "not of MTCx type". Is there any info getting this rooted?

No worries. MCU is one of the core parts of any Androids for cars. You need to ensure your MCU is exactly the same as the update you are trying to make, firmware or otherwise. MTCB, MTCD and MTCE units are great for installing mods. Attaching a pic of an example of an MTCx unit MCU:

Might be something like an Allwinner T3 type of unit? Unfortunately, your unit isn't what we'd call "mainstream", so chances to find custom mods are very low.

This is a TS7 unit. TS stands for Topway (like the TS8, TS9 and TS10 units), which is a unit/MCU manufacturer as well. TS7 units have a 4-core ARM-Cortex A7 at 1.1~1.3 GHz (so actually a RaspberryPi 4 CPU). These are the low cost, low performance units. When it comes to the CPU and most hardware, they are actually the same as the AC8227L units that @iceblue1980 has, although the Topway units have a different MCU than the AC8227L units making them (probably) incompatible.

Hello, are you bought this device from Kunfine? Do you have this panel:L10P8-MIPI-SAT-ICN9707_720X1280 20191123 10:26:4608:04?
hello friend .. did you find any rom for this unit ?
Hi! I bought an M300S type head unit Android 11 7862 Octa core 3/32GB. I wanted to update the firmware, but unfortunately I uploaded a firmware for a 9-10 inch display! Mine is 7 inches! That's why the image is rotated to the right by 90 degrees! This makes the product unusable! Now I can't put the good firmware on it, because it says that I can only put it newer than 2022-07-02! Is there a solution for it? Please help me!
Thank you very much in advance: Akos from Hungary

Just edit config.txt file to 90 degree and it will be fixed
