of course is no, qfil rom only cn sell and dont have any pubic rom now, You must find some guy from cn have firmware flash via 9008 mode, if bootloader unlocked can flash via fastboot, but it locked must flash via qfil, try unlock bl if Your phone running Android 9

I alway used EDL-Mode via miflash because of the locked BL.. bought @eBay (defect) because of the bootloop. I dont now excactly what the previous owner has done /flash to bring the get the phone to this crappy state :silly: .. He bougth it @gearbest and he wanted to flash another rom.. don't know if he flashed a wrong one..

just download the file and extract it then enter your phone on fastboot and just click on edl file then cmd will start just hit enter and congratulation your phone is on edl you can flash Miui Rom without unlock your bootloader

Yes it work if you have unlock bootloader.
if you don't feel like downloading, the command to get into EDL is:
fastboot oem edl
Will it work on Snapdragon variant without unlocking bootloader
not working on 2017 edition... must open the backdoor case to do edl

If anyone is thinking they can root their device via this method, it's not gonna happen. cuz edl in 4X requires unlocked bootloaders or sorting tow points on motherboard. some people says they can make edl cable for 4X but I've not tested it by myself

Hello Guys , I had tried to flash custom ROM for my scc-u21 so I had.
Rooted my device using kingroot
downloaded the ROM and TWRP img
installed Rashr to flash TWRP
tried to Flash TWRP using rashr but it's opened fastboot mod and says Please connect your phone to Hisuit
Phone: Unlocked
SRP: Unlock
so when I try to flash TWRP.img it open fastboot mode only
Tried Method Voulme up + Power it open Fastboot
Tried Download mode Volm up & down + power But already same fastboot mode
But My Device Opening Software Normally
maybe I won't to Format it because of Fastboot mode
what I have to do?!

Are you able to go in twrp recovery?
Till which step did you reach? What waa the last message you saw on screen?
Charge it for a day, then press vol + button and power button and see if you can get to fast boot. Try plugging USB in and see if it's recognised, otherwise.

From fastboot mode, install TWRP recovery first
Try alternate TWRP Recovery provided in this forum

If you want to go on stock ROM with root.. I can give you the link but if you want to relock the bootloader.. then it's very lengthy process..

Boot your phone into fastboot first. Connect it to your pc. Make sure you already installed adb drivers. Then extract the downloaded rom. And finally, run flash_all.

Why to flash twrp. Flash stock recovery via fastboot command. Download stock rom, put it in to internal storage. Now boot in to recovery. Update phone from there. This method will work.

From stock rom also he can make his phone alive/ working.
But from TWRP it's a better option to check.. because his phone is broken when he tried to unroot and reinstall stock rom

OST can flash Nokia phones if the bootloader is already unlocked.
I think you'll have to buy an unlocking key first. (on techmesto for example)
I can actually flash without OST LA, like I said, but normally flashing stock boot.img should have fixed the problem, but it's still stuck on the same screen.

Flash boot.img of stock rom and flash recovery.img of the same custom rom on which your phone is running maybe it would help you.
What are you talking about, I already flashed a stock boot.img, and my phone is not running on a custom rom...

No you dont need an unlocked bootloader to flash with OST LA just make sure you flash with the older version as the newer version will hang but it works with my nokia 5 and the bootloader is locked

i did install magisk with the chinese twrp but uninstalled it from the magisk manager app and after uninstalling it it was just stuck at the powered by android screen

Does your phone boot into EDL mode? If it boots to EDL mode then it could be fixable. If not then it could be hard bricked

i don't think its on edl mode, how can i know that ? and how can my phone be hard bricked just because i just uninstalled magisk ? uninstalling magisk simply restore stock boot.img and remove root. and i don't think it would show a powered by android screen or a charging screen if it was hard bricked, and thanks for you help people by the way.

Download Android nougat 7.1.1 nbo file from xda if your phone is able to enter in download mode connect it to pc via cable and hit on next button and flash firmware again
And if you flashed firmware successfully then always remember not to flash Chinese recovery again u should thanks to god , it's not hard bricked it's only soft bricked flash it through ost la tool patched ost for more you can search on search bar how to setup patched ost la

have you replaced the exe in windows drive:\program files (x86)\OST LA\ with the patched one
