I purchased a Dasaita Head unit

My cell phone connects via Bluetooth. However, I can't get my text message to show up on Head unit.
I am set to return it but thought I would see if anyone has any suggests?
Android Auto doesn't show messages either.
Or suggest a better Head unit for my 2014 Toyota Corolla.

Good evening
I am a newbie here, I would like to ask about if there is any ROM or software interface that I can flash it on my TV box or Raspberry PI 4 so that I can be able to connect these device USB to Car USB to mirror everything from these devices on my Car touch screen. My car is equipped with Android Auto and Apple Car Play. I have seen a device it is called SMART WE chinese made it is like MMB but it has GPS, SIM card and it can connect directly to Car USB.
I own a 2019 X3 with a basic Head Unit: small screen, no aux, no NAV... so i bought an Android HU from Topnavi with Zlink to enable Carplay.
I can get most things to work but I cannot get sound out, so no text reading, no navigation directions...
Any suggestions???
