So far good, no hiccups or lags in multi tasking. I am using 6gb ram. Better take 6gb for better multi tasking, unless you are in very very tight budget.

Even with 2 or 3GB free, the phone needs to refresh some apps.

Could anyone tell me the amount of ram free after a reboot? I don't know if a 6 gb version could be a good choice.
I got the 6GB ram version, the thing is a multitasking beast and the processor is just sweet and snappy, highly recommend it if it weren't for Huawei crap aftersales

My Honor 20 Lite comes with 4GB of RAM and handles multi tasking very well. Comparable to my Honor 8X.

3gb, or 4gb depending on your version. I think it's more than enough for daily use, and for some light gaming.
