Yes
First goto download mode in mobile by pressing
Power+home+volume down buttons at same time for 5 seconds
Extract the twrp zip and load it in odin in AP tab
Then
Then connect to system and flash twrp via odin
Then
In twrp recovery clear data, internal, cache,dalvik and preload
Then flash the rom zip from sd card
You'll need to flash TWRP via ODIN first. Or you can use CF-Root and then install TWRP using TWRPManager but that would also require an Odin flash. Considering your "usb connector" isn't working, I cant think of any possible way.
Did you try changing the usb wire?

If your phone already has root you can download flashfire from playstore and use that to install the update from your SD card, either an Odin .tar file or a zip file.

Use original Samsung cable and check if it works

I have a J7 2017 (J730F) and it does not let me flinch by Odin but I do through TWRP and I would like to know if I can somehow convert the 4 files of the original stock ROM into a single file flashed by TWRP.

The only thing you could possibly flash with twrp, depending on its build, is boot, recovery, system and modem. It is possible to flash others via dd, but it's not a simple process.
It's not recommended though and Tbh honest you need to solve the issue as to why odin will not flash.
There will be a reason.
Odin is the only real way to unbrick a non functioning device, so you really need to solve the issue rather than circumvent it.

And how did you try to install stock rom, from twrp or odin?
What are the errors?

My Galaxy S8 is stuck on the boot screen and in TWRP recovery is says: No OS Installed.
Flashing the stock rom on Odin doesn't work.
I have seen this being solved by installing another backup file, made in TWRP.
My problem is that I was not able to make such a backup, so I don't have these files.
If someone has an S8 with TWRP and could make a backup and share that with me so I can install that on my phone, then it should work again.
Can someone please help me with that?
I need samsung galaxy m30s ins stock recovery file only....I installed twrp but failed to root now I want to remove twrp so I need stock recovery...image of build number has been attached.
I know it's a lot but if nobody sends you the stock recovery maybe you should try downloading the whole firmware and extracting it yourself.
