Rom with call recording - Samsung Galaxy A40 Questions & Answers

Hello. I would like to know if there is an available ROM that has auto call recording enabled. It's the only feature that I care about. This problem with call recording and Android 10 is very stupid. Can someone please help out?

Hi, i don´t think there is a custom Rom available yet. Best alternative is to enable call recording button using cscfeature.xml in System/product/omc/...
Code to be added:
<CscFeature_VoiceCall_ConfigRecording>RecordingAllowed</CscFeature_VoiceCall_ConfigRecording>

Well, soon i will release rom with this feature.

Hi,
How the code can be added to the cscfeature.xml whilst it isn't a text-plain file?
Please suggest

You have to root your phone and manually add that line of code to the bottom of that section with a text editor. I used QEdit in the past

Thank you for your reply, I appreciate it.
But..there is a hesitation:
My A40 is already rooted and the file contains hashed content.
Have a look, please.
What's wrong..?

I was able to register my copy on Handango.uk. It sure beats trying to register it in German! For some reason you can't register it on the Handango USA site though. I think it was £7, and after conversion it appeared as $15 and some change on my credit card statement.

That's you the full version

the file was removed by a moderator since xda-developers forums doesnt allow Warez. If you like the application, then support the developers by paying for the application.

once you deploy to your phone you should see something called chevronwp7 ringtone.

No problem, thanks.
Please feel free to try the demo version, there is a working Eclipse project available in the zip package.
Also, use our GUI tool to first create your sound effects, then transfer the sounds easily to your app.

Demo version is based on the NativeActivity. I need to integrate with the Activity. When i run with the activity then there is a method setAppContext(JAVAVM:: jvm, jobject :: Activity) shows an exception VM aborting. How to resolve this issue.
Hi,
We can confirm there is a bug in current version. We will provide a fix for this in the next version 2.5, which we plan to release in April 2015. We hope you can wait?
Regards.
