I also have same problem "phone stuck on asus logo after fastboot flash tool rom installation complete device restart and erase everything and then restart and stuck on asus logo before encryption:crying:" any one who know how to fix please tell us
Flash Stock ROM via QFIL, it will fix the issue.

first upgrade to marshmallow ,, then unlock bootloader and install twrp
after that flash roms
my asus zenfone 3 max zc553kl died, hung up and did not call any more,
I tried installing a new rom through the flash tool, but all the ROMs I downloaded did not work, could anyone help me?

I can't flash. After flash Asus logo comes and suddenly mobile turned off.
I have seen some posts about Android Q GSI installing on max pro m1..
I have searched for the methods to install the rom for max pro m1, and I ended up with nothing.
So please someone give me an idea or method on how to install the Android Q GSI on max pro m2.
I'm eagerly waiting to install the rom on my phone........... Thanks in advance. ?

Due to poor vendor from ASUS, all GSI methods are giving bootloop problem when trying to flash Q GSI
we'll have to wait. asus has a good hardware, but it's very poor at giving support on software.
I have found a method by searching google. In this site they clearly mentioned max pro m2 is working. Anyone pls test this method and give a suggestion.
