I know with Spaget X there is a lot of treble GSIs to install on the J5 Pro and other 7870 devices but these "ROMs" can have some wierd glitches and/or they don't bot at all. So I was wondering why there isn't any device-specific AOSP roms for this device.

I see that some Devs have successfully ported project treble to a few Xiaomi devices, and wondered how feasible it would be to create a project treble port for the z17.
Does anyone know much about the process, and what stumbling blocks there would be to porting on Nubia devices?
Also am I correct in thinking that once a device has project treble, then any treble compatible ROM will work on the phone?
AFAIK this should be possible from the moment the Z17 runs stock Android oreo 8.0 however.. I have no insight in the how-to

Hi. I couldn't find any 4.9.XXX kernels for treble devices. Is there any possibility of developing 4.9 kernels for treble devices?
Is it Possible that we can possibly see Unofficial Treble For this device? i see alot devices getting the Unofficial Treble treatment so it will be awesome if we could get to flash GSI Pie roms on this bad boy.
Can i ask gsi roms for pine? Like evolution x links or any that is compatible for this device?
