I was wondering does any rom have the option of Wi-Fi sharing like the Galaxy series have? I am talking about sharing an existing Wi-Fi connection through the hotspot, not mobile data.

I have a t813, a t815 with android 7.0 and a S7 edge with android 8 with the s7 I can play realracing 3 with bluetooth audio without problems. The S7 edge had the same bt audio issues with android 7 but after the upgrade to 8 its solved. How can I get the bt drivers into the tabs? I tried rooting twrp and some custom roms but doesn´t work.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A9.7 LTE SM-T555 running stock Samsung rom,
I want to install a Pie rom (or Oreo) for it. LineageOS 16 or something like that.
But I cannot seem to find any non-samsung roms that supports LTE. Is there any Rom out there for me?
Yes, I know I can get the LineageOS for T550 model. But then the sim wont work.

I am looking for a custom ROM that supports internal ANT+ of SM-T585 (Tab A 2016, LTE). Based on Android 9 or 10.
I have tried Lineage and Bliss without success.

Hey all,
I tried to build Lineage 17 mdarcy for the NSTP 2019 a few weeks ago and ran into an issue where upon attempting to connect to wifi the shield would crash.
I see someone has created a build https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/mdarcy and it has the same issue on my shield. I have successfully connected it via ethernet to the internet. (Yay) But would like to find a resolution for the wifi issue.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why it would crash immediately when the device connects to wifi?

I started with the official build from 01.12.2021. Wifi connection worked but after a reboot the connection was not automatically restored. This works since the build from 08.12.2021. So your problem should be solved.

That's the exact issue I'm facing with LineageOS. I hope Lineage fixes this with their next release if Lineage knows us users are having this issue? I don't see anything in their changelogs from 12/22/21 release on their site. Can Lineage be contacted to fix this bug?

I found out that the Wi-Fi bug is caused by a bug in Settings. It's not the Wi-Fi that causes the Shield to reboot. I've been able to run and bypass the reboot with Ethernet and connect to Wi-Fi before the device reboots on its own.
I'm just wandering if I could Install either of windows 10 or 11 on Tab A (SM-T585) ? or anything other than the current version of android which support (8.1.0)?

No, you cannot install Windows on an Android device.

Is it compatible with my (Galaxy Tab A 6 , SM-T585) 2016, because I read from the article (Galaxy Tab A 10.1)
I'm not quite understand
Mine is SM-T585, 10.1 inch tab A6 from 2016 with lte networking and it works great. LineageOS 19.1 was first only available for the WiFi version but now both versions are supported.
