Hey Guys! Developer of Energy Ring here!
Look forward to add support for Galaxy M40! However, I do not own the device to gather some input and work on it, would appreciate if there are any volunteers to help me add support for the device.

Hello Chico.
Welcome to the forum!
I know there is a lot to read here but please start with the rules. They don't just tell you what not to do, but also how to post to get the beast and fastest results.
I removed your email address from you post because by putting it in the open you expose it to spammers. As long as it is in your profile any forum user can email you simply by clicking your user name at the top of the post.
(If you wish you can put it back but I advise against it).
Finally, while I understand your enthusiasm to improve your phone I suggest you pinpoint your question and go for a specific feature one at a time.
Installing everything all together may mess up your phone.
Since you are bothered by SMS not being grouped check out this app for starters: Threaded SMS

HELP!! Developer needed!!!

Hi all,
I am looking for someone to get involved in the development of SMS Minder, as I don't have all the time I wish to give to it at the moment.
The first thing that needs to be done is to get a Windows Mobile Standard 6 version created, full source code from the Professional version will be given.
At the moment, the Professional version works, but there are increasingly more people that wish to have this running on their Standard devices.
Reply here or drop me an email at: [email protected] to get involved.
If you haven't seen SMS Minder and wish to have a play about, have a look in my sig.
Thanks in advance!

[HELP NEEDED] Cool User Interface

Hi all,
I'd like to write some apps for mobile but I don't know how to have a "cool" (you know what i mean, iPhone like) interface instead of the flat one offered by .NETCF controls.
Please, help me or give me suggestions about where to find nice controls such as buttons (like the one used in phone dialers etc), scrollers, and so on.
Thanks,
Sergio
so are you asking for help with graphics and layouts? send me a pm. id love to work on some UI stuff.
heres several to choose from.
Free:
Manila Interface SDK:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=566188
Silvermoon: http://silvermoon.codeplex.com/
Fluid: http://fluid.codeplex.com/
Commercial:
RescoeMobileforms toolkit: http://www.resco.net/developer/mobileformstoolkit/overview.aspx
Mirabyte Touchcontrols: http://www.mirabyte.com/en/products/windows-mobile/touch-controls-suite-for-netcf/information.html
Hi all and thanks a lot.
@Ren13B : I have just downloaded fluid, but i have serious problem on creating controls at runtime (no designer or my mistake) so if you have experience i'd like to see some rough/basic example code for vb.net
@S.V.I : I'm at office, when I return home I'll send you a P.M., thanks and see you soon!
I could help you with some graphics as well .
If you want, PM me.
I took a peak at the fluid demo application but never really tried using the controls in any of my projects. I think the developer has stopped working on it and is concentrating on silvermoon now. There's a forum section there so you may want to add a post there to see if anyone can help you.
Im waiting and hoping one of these days Microsoft will bless us with some finger friendly mobile controls. Perhaps the next .net compact framework will provide this but they arent releasing any information about it so who knows what it will provide.

FAO: Chefs.. Please add more languages to the keyboard :)

Hi guys,
thank you for all your great work! I only took the courage to request this since I am not just a downloader but also a board member that is using your donation buttons from time to time. I appreciate your hard work and I think you should be awarded for that.
Having said that I wish that all android NAND builds have the ability for more keyboards including GREEK. I do not ask for a full menu translation as this is secondary - to me at least. But the ability to type in native language is mandatory for SMS, emails, or WEB browsing.
Please consider my request or provide a how-to add more languages to existing keyboards.
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards,
F

[Q] [DQ] Adding BMAP to Epic ROM

I was hoping to find someone on the dev forum that has the ability to add the BMAP (bluetooth message access profile) to one of the ROMs. Im surprised that someone hasn't done, or even attempted/posted about this thus far, considering the DroidX has the profile added, i would assume that it is possible to integrate it into Android. If anyone has any ideas on how this can be done, please let me know.
I did find this blog post about the theory behind adding the functionality to Android, maybe this will help one of our awesome Dev's along.
