Does anyone know if firmware is available containing qualcomm programmer files for HTC 10 EVO chipset MSM8994?
Alternatively is it possible to create rawprogram0.xml and patch0.xml files from firmware or from working phone?

I have used LG-Utils to extract .kdz file, but in the .cab file is avaible only 2 file, Star_Model.dll and V10C.wdb how can I extract the file .wdb?

I downloaded 0PGZIMG_A50ML_DTUL_L50_DESIRE_SENSE70_HTC_Europe_1.20.401.1_Radio_1514P2.P02.0501.0506_release_453730_combined_signed.zip
when i try to extract it with winrar , i only get 3 files
if i try to open with 7zip it shows 24 files
still missing system.img and some other files
is there any special program to extract all files from this firmware

I have downloaded raw firmware, but these 2 files are not included in the ROM
I have made a backup of the flash memory of a radio that has windows ce, but I cannot extract the files from the .bin that the programmer generates.
