You need to download the Asus Unlock Tool.
If you still have issues, go to their forum ZenTalk and they can help you. They are very fast.

OEM unlock is disabled

I need a little help here, I am trying to unlock my bootloader , I have already able oem unlocking and install the proper driver. But everytime I try fastboot oem unlock , it just reply " failed : oem unlock is disabled " in CMD. Does anyone else have the same problem?
I had problems with an older version. I think you have to try to update your platform-tools (fastboot, adb). Good luck!
So , where can I get an updated version?
e.g. https://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html and there "SDK Tools Only"
I kinda have the same issue I have downloaded all the proper tools and drivers but whenever I try the fastboot oem Unlock command it comes back saying it's completed but my screen just stays on the fastboot logo and does nothing until I restart it this happens on my pc and my mac, I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and at this point I'm very frustrated.

Enable OEM Unlocking in developers option. Check if this solves the issue.
So I updated adb and fastboot with the latest SDK tools , and I still get "OEM unlock is disable" in fastboot even thou I have clearly enable USB debugging and OEM unlocking. I really need another way around here, the stock rom which is a H2OS feels very bloated for me.
Did you enable "" OEM UNLOCK "" from developer options ?

Yes , I have stated that I enable OEM unlock many times, that is why I need help here.
You might want to disable the pattern lock and then try!

Blocked bootloader

Hello. I have a VNS-L21 and when i tried to install a different Android version, it changed from C432 to C900. Now I have VNS-L21C900B160, and my bootloader is unlocked, but won't receive commands from fastboot, saying that the command has failed. The only command that works is "fastboot reboot". Can someone help me get that working? I would like to install TWRP and get back to the C432 region. Can anyone help me? Every idea is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance
get your oem unlock code again and type in fastboot : fastboot oem unlock yourcode ( replace yourcode with oem unlock code )

I tried this twice, second time after a wipe, but didn't work either way
Also, it says that it is unlocked, FRP unlocked, but at booting time, the yellow warning screen does not appear. So I don't know...

OEM unlock toggle is not working

Hi.
I´ve unlocked the bootloader on my P10 plus.
But now, the toggle to unlock OEM on the developer settings is greyed and I can´t perform any fastboot commands.
Any help?
Thanks
I believe the option becomes disabled when you've unlocked the bootloader, as you'd have to use the relock command instead of the toggle to relock it.
I assume you're familiar with accessing and using fastboot if you've unlocked your bootloader... so for the fastboot commands, does the device show up when plugged in and you run "fastboot devices"?

Maybe try re-unlocking and flashing stock rom, kernel, system, and boot. (Or you can try the method I used to update manually). Requires to be able to acces external sd card.
Hmu if you want to know how.

use reflash tutorial from this site:
HTML:
https://xiaomifirmware.com/roms/download-official-roms-xiaomi-mi-a1/
. Just download tool, extract, then exctract downloaded rom in this tool folder. Conect A1 in fastboot and start flash_all_lock.bat file in folder with room (I used flash_all.bat). This is how I fixed my bootlops...
You need to reflash. There's no other way.
Did you have the original stock Oreo with January security patch?
I would also like to re-lock the bootloader but now I have read your post I am unsure if its safe.
Use this command in adb
fastboot oem relock (your unlock code if needed)

Maybe
I didn't try it but it may brick your phone
Developers should make clear that Re-locking the bootloader is not as easy as the unlock process and there is a high risk you will brick your phone.
i just have this issue ,which is i unlock then i lock the oem and then the message ' system has been destroyed ' and when i try to unlock back the message 'error: oem unlock is not allowed' so i really need your help ..how can i fix my phone ...plsss send a respond quickly
