Just allow waze to use as many battery as it wants... Application, waze, battery usage, no restriction

already did, as i read to do it in the internet. still not working

Was able to fix this by disabling battery optimizations to waze, android auto, and google play services.

Have Mi note 10 lite and MIUI 12.0.1. version, Waze starts, shows the road, but does not move later. Disabled battery optimization to waze, Android auto and google services, but still does not work. Strange enough, google maps work anyway. Any other suggestions?

People can't hear me on phone calls. What have I done wrong?

Hello all!
Since I don't use phone call too often i don't know exactly when this started to happen but yerterday my girlfriend tried to call me and she couldn't hear me at all. I tried to call my mother just for test and the same thing happened. The thing is, if I try to call just after a reboot it works great but if I try a second time it doesn't.Also, I never have problem if I call over using whatsapp or try to record my voice so it's not a mic problem.
That being said, I have a Note 4 910C(exynos) , I just rooted my phone, I'm now using DN 5 v0.3, GoogyMax Kernel( was using talexop but changed yesterday trying to solve my problem without success) and started too limitWakelocks/Alarms and freeze apps( everything i limited/froze was based on a tutorial here but I really think I may have frozen/limited something I shouldn't.

I have no idea but I would recommend you to test if the microphone it's working making a record. If it works unfreeze all the apps and test if they can hear you. If it doesn't work disable amplify and test.

Already tried everything you said and still nothing.
Should I reboot my phone after unfreezing apps?

No, but you can try. No change after disabling amplify? Do you use disable services? Any other important change?

Nope. If I make a call right after a reboot, it works fine but the second time I try it doens't.
This is what I use with Xposed: AdAway, Amplify, BetterBatteryStats, ChromePie, CrappaLinks, F-Droid, FingerLock, Greenify, Titanium Backup, Youtube AdAway, Youtube Background Playback.

I'm not an specialist, so I'm sorry I can't help you more than that. But for what you say it seems to be a problem caused by amplify (don't think that Greenify can cause this if you don't Greenify any system app). If nothing works I recommend you the obvious solution, factory reset. Or wait the opinion of somebody more experienced. [emoji18]

You're welcome. I suggest you to try not freezing amplify, I meant disabling it on Xposed. Report. [emoji6]

PB7646BAP One take and a few questions

Hey guys. I recently purchased the Xtrons PB7646BAP Android 6 Octacore and have been running it for about 2 weeks now. I absolutely love it. Really fast, boots instantly. Everything seems to work as advertised etc. I pretty much have been using it with spotify but also with simple radio and google maps and here maps and everything seems to work pretty much as you would expect.
A couple questions I have that maybe somebody can help with is, is there a way to change what mode button toggles through?
Also is there a way to change the default app that opens when starting the headunit? It seems as though it likes to open the bluetooth menu which is weird to me.
Is there a way to make google maps use the gps antenna so that it can work offline with the downloaded offline maps?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The app loop under mode button can't be changed atm. Waiting for mtcdtools to be updated supporting px5 units...ad we could create our own app loop.
Afaik Google maps use the headunit gps position (you have to enable locations in your headunit). Offline gps apps use the gos antenna..
The app that shows after waking up is the last apps (mtcd apps - any of the apps on the loop mode) that you used prior the sleep.
I am.sure you are not using the stock music player ....but if you use it and you sleep the unit...it will wake up by showing music stock app

So probably bluetooth settings is the last thing I used that it considers when looking for latest apps. Make sense

Instant apps not working on Stock A2017V2.0.0B13

I'm currently on Android 7.1.1(MiFavor 5.0) A2017V2.0.0B13. I have turned on instant apps in Settings/Google/Instant Apps. I have added a screenshot with a list of apps that support instant apps feature but when I go to the Play Store, "TRY NOW" button isn't there.(which is for instant apps feature) . I have checked other phones and "TRY NOW" button was theere for these apps that support instant apps. But on Axon 7 that button isn't there , what's wrong? Does it work for anyone on Chinese Axon 7?
Anybody using Instant Apps on Axon7?
It's not working for me either.
Just tried in France with an Axon G. Works fine.

For me it's working. I'm on b13. Didn't do nothing special. Maybe try to clear cache in the Google play app and in Google service app.
Thanks @yoavtabakman , I disabled Google Play Services and Play Store and cleared all data and then enabled them and let them be updated.
Now Instant Apps work and "Try Now" button is there. But when I hit the button it gives me an error(second screenshot) and doesn't open.
Does it give this error on your phone or it works perfectly?
Yes. Same error here to. Don't now the fix yet.

What about other apps like " Currency X "or " NYTimes - Crossword " ? Do they give you the same error ? (Because BuzzFeed app seems to have issues with other phones too)
For me all Instant Apps capable apps give me that error.
Yap... Same.
Sorta unrelated, but it works on AEX O
Y'know I just went and checked

Downloading offline maps for Google Maps

I cannot seem to download offline copies of maps in Google Maps. My idea was to download map data while at home and connected to my home WiFi so that I don't need to use data while driving in areas where I have already downloaded the maps.
I add an area to download and it always just sits there waiting to download and 0%. I left my unit powered up in my house about 6 feet from the access point over night and it still was at 0% the next day.
Has anyone else had this issue?
I'm using an 8227L head unit.
Hi yes, today actually. It worked fine when I shared my phone's hotspot. Not really a fix more a get around

Google is probably one of the best online map systems there is.... but it's also probaly one of the WORST offline systems there is. Tons of better offline nav apps at the playstore to download. IGO, Sygic, TomTom....

I tried using my phone hotspot and it still will not download.
Fixed it! I went into the play store and downloaded the update for the Google Maps app.
