Pie controls & dual window, quickmemo

I use LMT to get Pie Controls on my LG G2 with LG G Pro 2 rom, but I can't seem to be able to link any one the pie buttons to Dual Window and Quick Memo.
Dual Window is normally set to Long Press Back, but mapping a pie button's long press to Long Press Back doesn't do anything.
Quick Memo appears in the App list when I use "open App" as the pie control option, but clicking it does nothing.
Is there a way to get these to work through pie controls? I like these functions a lot and it'd be a real bummer if I had to give them up to use pie controls.
I can access Quick Memo through my notification bar, so that's not the biggest problem... If I can somehow use Dual-Window through the notification center that would be an acceptable plan B option.
I have the same problem... Did you find a workaround?

Android Gestures

I'm only posting here because both devices involved are smartwatches.
I have 2 android 4.4 watches that have gestures built in. The lack of soft-keys on the device prompted the devs to add 2 gestures.
1. swiping right to left acts as a back key. However the gesture recognition causes my swipe keyboard to wig out as well as the homescreen to lock and drag a specific icon around the homescreen forever.
2. swiping left to right acts a menu key. Works okay but this unfortunately feels backwards to me. My last device I had custom gestures set up allowing recent apps key (replacing menu key in most devices) to be right to left.
Where in the stock rom/android aosp would you be able to edit this?
If not possible how can I block these gestures?
Pretty specific question, so any help would be appreciated.
I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

Disable home button and not fingerprint functionality.

Hello,
My team lead has a OnePlus two and had a question so I told him I'd find out. He's severely vision impaired and currently using a OnePlus 2 with the latest Oxygen. Something that annoys him is how the fingerprint reader works as a home button because he accidentally bumps into it all the time while using the device. He's currently got the whole thing disabled, however he'd like to use the fingerprint unlock functionality while not enabling the home button. Is there a way to do so?
Thanks
Of Course there is. Go into the button settings where on-screen nav bar is enabled. There will be an option to enable physical home button with on-screen nav bar. Disable it.

How Navigation gestures will work on Nokia 6 (ta-1021) after Android P?

On Android P, We know that The home button, the recent button, the back button are replaced by gestures. How will this look for the phones which have hardware keys like Nokia 6 (2017)?
Maybe they will give us an option to disable hardware navigation buttons and use software one in order to use the new geastures ?
Don't they dare to disable them. I like my hw buttons

MiA1 Android Pie (9) Navigation Buttons.

I just received the official Android 9 (Pie) update. After updating, I went to the settings and enabled the "Swipe up home button" gesture.
It disables the default navigation buttons, and enables the new bar at the bottom. However, the lights of the default navigation buttons are still responding to the touch, and I cannot seem to turn it off.
Is anyone else facing the same issue? What should I do to disable those?
You can't disable the lights without root , Xiaomi made it like this.
