H870 running super slow and CPU seems kinda locked - LG G6 Questions and Answers

Hey,
so I did research for like 3 days but I can't find any solutions relating to my problem. My G6 ist running on v30b so its updated to the newest version. But at easiest tasks it is so laggy and stuttering. Playing games you can forget about, also apps like Snapchat are a disaster. I deleted or disabled all bloatware I could find.
So I tried this CPU "benchmark" and it seems like the CPU is kinda locked or limited at 1GHz. The performance is dropping to red but the CPU still stays at the excactly same level, why? (Screenshot) The max CPU clock also says 1,59 GHz there first. The G6 wasnt hot at all ans not charging.
I was irritated and like 10 minutes later I started a new test. Now the Max clock was correct and it also started at 2Ghz but after 1 minute it dropped all the way down to 1GHz and stays there at the same level. The performance is completely red. I really cant unterstand why this is happening, hoping some of you can help me.
Thank you so much in advance!

Second test

Virus/trojan - run bitdefender or kaspersky scan.
Some adware/bitmining program. Full backup, then full reset of phone to factory fresh.
Something broken with the hardware - eg the cooling pipe inside the phone.

quadrant score on revolution hd 2.0.11

i think i have a problem.
i can only get a max of 1800 points in quadrant standard with revolution hd rom and setcpu with autodemand 245-1228.
why is this happening? i've done a factory default and the same.
Don't pay attention to these benchmarks... they tell you nothing. And noting wrong with that score, it's high enough, upgrading to ARHD 3.x might help.
If you are dumb enough to rate a phones performance on such bad benchmarks then..
Turn setCPU to performance
Restart your phone and kill all apps with task killer
Turn off sync/wifi
and update your rom maybe..
AR 2.0.11? AR 3.3 is already out...
quadrant scored really doesn't say a lot for the ROMS. you may have high 2000s scores but your battery lasts only have a day.. doesn't really means a thing
For me it was difficult to get consistent results with Quadrant.
Upgrading the app changed results dramatically.
You can run a benchmark now, and again in 5 minutes time and the results can be way different.
It was great at first but frustrating after a while.
For example: (on stock rom)
Original (2053)

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Then I updated the app (1773)
Then 12 minutes later (1813)
Obviously many factors are involved but as Foladko and Baste07 suggest - I wouldn't pay too much attention. It's not as cut and dry as for example overclocking a desktop PC.

[Q] Disable Temperature Warning Pop up Alert

Hi everyone!
As the title says, how to disable temperature warning pop up alert/notification? It's really annoying specially when i'm playing Vainglory (MOBA).
The attached picture is not mine but its the same warning pop up.
I'm using the latest Official JiaYu S3 5.1.
It has camera feature that i can't see in other ROMS, thats why i'm staying on it.
Thanks in advance.

I dont know hkw to remove it but if you are rooted, you can lower the mhz of the cpu and change Governor to a slower one which may help with over heating...
Ps:What is the camera future, you love so much.?

I've tested 7.1.1, 5.1.1 the cameras are fine like in stock rom. One bug in 7.1.1, the panorama shows low resolution and a little bit blurry.
The feature of the camera in official JiaYu S3 5.1 is when you change the setting to auto scene mode, the camera suggest what shot would be best. sometimes the camera will suggest to turn on the HRD mode which is really a big help for taking decent photos.
Sorry for my bad english.
Ok, i'll try changing the CPU governor thanks for the tip.

Help! Extremely low performance on LG V20's Snapdragon 820.

Today I bought a used LG V20. After using it for a few hours I noticed some serious lag issue, so I decided to do a benchmark. And behold, a SD 820 that scores 50220 in Antutu. So if any of you guys have any ideas what may have caused it, help a brother out pls.

But the tech guy at the store said that my phone is actually H910PR after checking my IMEI though
I had the same problem until I rooted and installed the thermal throttle fix. Apparently LG has set the CPU to throttle down at a much lower temperature than necessary and the CPU cores hang around the low speeds for a while. My phone would lag anytime I did anything that used a good amount of resources. I couldn't even record a video without the phone and the finish video laggy and choppy as hell.

I think my phone got a virus? Very weird bootloop/stuck bootloader

My ZE553KL (I use it as a home device control, small tablet) keep loading/reloading for 3 hours now. I CANNOT SHUT IT DOWN. everytime I have this vibrate boot, ITS SUPER ANNOYING.
It show the bootloader then reboot, then show the bootloader and so on. Buttons are unresponsive.
Only think I can do is press up and get to screen number 2 for exactly 6 second (my computer then recognize it).
I cannot remove battery (hello soldered battery). or shut it down, I guess at some point It will drain battery but.
I have no idea what is happening, please help?

Ouch
Play with it. Proper button sequence and timing is everything. It's easy to not hit the right button at the exact moment. Allowing the battery to auto shutdown may break the cycle. Don't attempt to solder the battery without a good iron and skillset. You need to be fast about it.
If the OS is pre Pie it's suspectable to rootkits that require a reflash to erraticate.
A hardware failure is also possible.
A bad coded 3rd party apk can also boot loop you. That's worse than a normal boot loop though.
It's definitely corrupted... hopefully someone here who has seen this before and/or knows more about that line of phones advanced troubleshooting can help you.

S7 EDGE (SM-935F) EMMC- slow write problem

Hello equally angry and happy s7 edge users,
im facing some troubles with my s7 edge, i recently bought it from a second hand, when i first saw the phone i could notice it extremely slow so i decided to buy (i never lose a opportunity to break my head)
Phone was running on Latest November security update 8.0 Oreo
G935FXXS8ETK4_G935FUWT8ETCA_COB
Ultra slow to wake, almost impossible to use, freezes shows "system ui has stopped working"
yesterday after a few wipes and formats i installed
FloydQ_V6.0_Exynos8890
and MoRoKernel-AllInOne-CTK1-v8.6.1
to find the same mistake on android 10
SDcard change seems to help, but still fails at certain point, mostly on native ui windows
Write/read test shows the sequential speed with depression peaks to 200kb/s.
i dont know how to get rid of this trouble, ive tried a lot of things
hope someone can help, i will upload the logcat, Science!

Thanks to everyone F2FS system file seems to speed up the phone a little bit, i'm currently on Floyd V6.0 MoroKernel and MoroTWRP F2FSReady, still laggy at certain point but at least usable
What's the app you're using to test the speeds?

Cross-Platform Disk Tools Benchmark from play store
i thought those peaks were i/o faults, but i formated /data and /cache to f2fs and still remains.
