Hi, my device touchscreen got broken. Is it possible for touchscreen replacement with no display and how much it cost for a genuine touchscreen alone? Pls help

My Imate 2020 LCD dont function when I tab it, whether soft reset or soft update, there's no response when touching the screen.
What is the trouble? Can anyone please help me?
You could try a hard reset, if it still doesnt work it is probably hardware problem with digitizer.
I see people advertise new LCD's like this. LCD + touch screen, is there a difference? It is as if my screen top has become stiff. Seem like some liquid marks in screen, dont know how that happened. Can that be cause, then what must I do? Thanks for response.
mine stopped working when i pressed it too hard (got a bit enthusiastic with the cleaning), but it started working again 10 minutes later

i found the digitizer seller on ebay, the only problem is, is there anybody that can teach me how to replace the digitizer ? cos' the seller said that i need to solder the digitizer.

Hi, my o2 mini s touch screen just stop function after i accidentally splash some water on the screen. Wondering anyone has similar experience? Please advice I can just change the touchscreen (which I can get from ebay easily) or there might be some damage to the chips inside?
buy from ebay a new screen.
check before you are bidding that the screen
come with tool to exchange the screen...
but is it really the screen problem or the chip insides might damage?

I had the same big problem.
No way to change with other spare part.
The only possibility is to buy a 240x240 display, and after to find a specialist to exchange it. Here you can buy the disdplay:[email protected]

When I had my KJam, the touchscreen went but the display was fine. I was able to just replace the touchscreen for around $30 (touchscreen off ebay then found a guy to solder it). So if your display is gone but the touchscreen is ok, maybe you could just get the display rather then buying both together(save yourself a couple of bucks).
hw6915 uses sony lcd -part no:ACX538AKM-7 ,maybe you can try www.repairhppda.com to buy a replacement

The LCD, according to the previous poster, is a (Sony ACX538AKM-7) and is the same LCD as is in the hw6515. So you could get one of those and use it.
Touch screen does not work on my IMATE JASJAM , any clue please??

if it still does it after a hardreset it's a hardware issue
if its still under warranty, take it back. To change the lcd is pretty pricey and its so NOT worth the hassle of trying to change the touchscreen... If you need to fix then try ebay for screens or a broke phone. Got my new jasjam for $120 Australian and surprise, surprise, just a dud battery and camera module. Replaced from old phone and now it works fine...

Yesterday i accidently dropped my zuk z1 and it's screen cracked but touch is working perfectly.

I accidentally dropped my Lenovo Zuk Z1 and ended up with a cracked display screen on the top right corner which runs all the way below the front camera and goes up to the receiver end which is next to the front camera... my phone is functioning normally and there is absolutely no problem with the touch configuration... Bt I did hear that there is an increased risk of radiation...I do love my phone and don't wish to get another... can anyone please help me out...couldn't find a solution to my problem...
I broke mine a few months back. you need the entire lcd panel with degitizer . will cost you 30us dollars from aliexpress. i ordered the vifocal one and is holding well. replaced it myself, but not a piece of cake though.
