Since updating to Android 10, after a reboot all my SMS messages disapear. Also happens with Google messages app. I'm now on 10.3.0 and still the same! Anybody have any ideas?

I'm using ChompSMS for my default messaging app which is great but I'm still receiving random notifications from the factory app telling me I have unread messages, when I don't. Sometimes it even says you have (0) unread messages.
Anyone have the same problem? For the record..
In the factory messaging app I have all notifications toggled to OFF.

I am not receiving some sms notifications its thing the problem same on stock, chomp and handcent, have deleted greenify and wiped and re installed ROM but still have the problem, the sms are coming threw cos they are there when i open the app but just no notification.
Can Viber or whatsapp effect stock sms app notifications in and way?
Sometimes I receive a SMS and the notification appear on the tray, but when I open the app can't see the message, I'm using sliding messaging pro. But also don't appear on stock SMS app.
It's rooted d802.
I'm thinking flash a new Rom to check if the problem persists.

Anyone having issues with Messaging App after update to JoyUI 11? My messaging app cannot display the messages stored on my phone. I downloaded a third party message app (Textra) so I can read and send text messages. The notification for SMS is also not working anymore (no alert and sound for incoming messages).

Have you tried allowing all the app's permissions?
I can't text message at all
Try to disable "chat" or so called RCS messages in app settings.
Has anyone else had issues switching from the stock Samsung Messages app to Android messages? My phone seems to only load messages FROM people but won't load messages I've sent. Switching back to the stock app displays all messages. Anyone have a solution?
