I had a problem....,in the closed areas.,iam not getting any signal in my Kenzo...where as the same sim card gets signal in low keypad phones...
But when coming to an open area signals relays back to normal strength....
Closed areas=zero signal(only in my Kenzo)
Open areas=normal signal strength
Any possible solution for it???

Bsnl and airtel both dual sim..,airtel randomly comes and drops but BSNL always zero in a closed area

Kenzo works best for jio. Coz it supports only jio volte.

That's a hardware problem.
Facing similar issues with JIO. This issue was non present before.

Hi.
Just got Meizu Pro 5, really fast and stable phone, pitty android 5.1, as right now it is on 7.1.
Have two sim cards and they are always dropping down, mostly inside houses or buildings where other phones have good signal this one is always dropping down.
Another strange thing is that the two sims are from the same network and one of them is most of the time down or with lesser signal than the other.
Have last flyme build installed (5.1.12.1G).
Any idea? Can i try to install older build?
What version of base band is installed on your Pro 5 ?

Again instability in CR Droid based roms but a bit better than previous 06.04.2016 :
* GPS the same
* WIFI a bit faster
* 2G more signal strenght
* 3G / 4G / LTE just a little bit faster perhaps ( not sure )

In the battery stat of MIUI, the network signal is very stable (in my case almost always green)
But with allcustom ROMs the signal is jerky.

As it is concerning every custom roms, I don't think it should be post in every ROM threads...
But I agree moving it to discussion.

I don't think so because I live in Belgium and there is a LOT of antennas, with all my phones I always have full 3G and 4G network... (Lucky me )

Here in India, certain telecom operators do not have sufficient infrastructure for high signal reception or coverage. MIUI do not truly show the reception strength while custom roms are partially accurate
Set network preference as 3G, you won't see any network drops then.

Well, TBH, I also got a fluctuating & unstable signal even with Mi4c while my other phone has no problem with signal reception (Galaxy S5).
Both of them are using Custom ROM

Compare devices of same OEM. Samsung must have implemented a better, more stable baseband which latches onto higher reception network bands.

not really..in miui rom, show fullbar, with superb speed..but in custom rom, signal drop only to 2 bar, sometimes no network..and of course slow speed even show 4g

I'll stick to @nasir.da.vinci 's point. I've been using the custom roms for like 5-6 months and now I'm back to miui. I don't see any difference in speed but miui does show false reception.

Recently I bought a Xiaomi A1. I'm quite happy with it's performances so far. But since beginning it is not showing H or H+. But instead it is showing 3G. I have tried changing mobile networks and swapping sim slots. But nothing changes. Anyone facing such issue?
** In a review in gsmarea one guy mentioned that Android Ones only show 3G for 3G, H or H+.
Anyone have any ideas regarding these?

For ASOP roms its like that.

It's a good update where the fingerprint sensor is working fast and the face unlock us working better too. However I got few bugs as well. The equilzer is not there anymore in the music app. also the gesture to wake the screen is not working most of the time. I hope they fixed it soon.

Make stock launcher as default home in Apps & notif.. -- default apps -- home.
Disable ZenMotion.
Enable dt2w and dt2s again and see if it is fixed.
Use default launcher for some time and then switch to your third party launcher.
This fixed it for me so may hopefully work for you as well

Equalizer has been removed as per the weird Google policy. You can install it from XDA, it's already posted here and it's working just like the stock. The wake screen issue I can't comment cause I don't have the device yet. Waiting for the 6GB variant and I think I'll be old before they release it.

Mostly no issues, except in the Hinjewadi IT park area where 4g speeds are not very good, so I just force it to use 3g, which works well there.
The signal is not full on the chinese Huawei devices. Is there anyone konws how to fix it? I am sure my signal is full.

And I really don't know how to get the log of the signal display issue.
These are the screenshots from my friends who using the stock ROM and the same devices (Huawei Vky_AL00), and their signal level is full.
And this is my signal level. It's not full in GSIs (not the treble ROMs com from honor view 10).
