[VERY HARD BRICK] I need your help. - Xiaomi Mi A1 Questions & Answers

Hello people!
I need help, I have no idea what happened with my MI A1.
The problem is: ROM Stock, and whatever I put in my phone doesn't work. he gets to the home screen, but there are several errors, for example: He starts to lock in some parts, and the message "Interf Sist stopped" appears on the screen and then restarts, the camera does not work, the notification bar sometimes does not go down, and when that happens it hangs.
I really need your help not without anything else to do.
Thank you all!

Good news is: your device is, most probably, not soft, let alone (very) hard bricked.
If you are willing to consider factory reset (and reinstall) you can try so from system (factory reset), recovery (factory reset) or fastboot (fastboot -w). If that does not help you may need to flash stock ROM again.

Hello Dior! The problem is that I have already performed all possible resets and the same error continues, already installed the stock rom and with it, even the device has a greater number of failures. I am currently using the Pixel Experience 9.0 ROM (very good), it is working fine, but the network signal does not work, the phone application crashes, the "Interf Sist is not working" error appears less frequently.

Sorry to hear about your trouble, maybe it helps to flash the most recent stock firmware on top of your custom ROM https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=81207525&postcount=568...

[Help] Tablet randomly freezes! Bad hardware?!

Last week my tablet froze at 5am (the screen was on and the clock stuck).
Since then, it randomly freezes (and sometimes reboots) -- hard lock.
I've tried wiping, new ROMs, etc. The freezes even occur in clockwork recovery.
Am I out of luck?
If it freezes both in normal mode and even in recovery, I would say you're out of luck.

I just logcat'd a few lockups, no clues whatsoever
Time to wipe and trash.
In recovery the tab is in a known state, freshly booted, no user programs, different states or options. If it is freezing in this mode it means either the loaded image is incorrect or the handling of this image is incorrect. The handling would mean a hardware error because other tabs with exact the same image and options work normally. An error of the image would be possible without hardware error but very unlikely since loading a different image (normal mode) gives the same problems.
I would guess a problem with either sd or normal ram. No clue what a repair would cost but is it already past guarantee? (Else I would try to recover to stock rom and bring it back to the store..)

[Q] My phone is dead on stock...(due to rooting/unlocked failure?) Please help!

Hello XDAers,
I am a real noob at rooting or android-related, and a true one voided of any knowledge regarding anything IT- related.
So dear veterans, please go easy on me.
Due to my prior success of rooting and flashing my Nexus 4 successfully a few months back with no issues, I decided to give it a try to flash a custom ROM for my dad's LG Optimus L7 - which seemed an easy task compared to configuring my Nexus 4 - since there was no need for inputting any command lines or any dealing with the abd (using the easy shortcut, that is).
So, I followed the guide here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1906133 ...
I first factory resettled the phone because it was bloated, then applied the "RunMe.bat" from the "What you desire!" folder. (Everything was already backed-up beforehand.) But the process didn't success until I've retried again and again by re-plugging the USB in because the application/PC couldn't detect the phone. In the same time, I was running KDZ_FW_UPD.exe in the background, so unexpectedly for me the phone shut itself and pushed itself to a vividly green emergency screen, then in a few seconds switched back to a screen of purple-white-blue glitches. I had to close KDZ_FW_UPD.exe without knowing what quite happened since it seemed to be the cause and restarted the process with RunMe.bat.
I didn't manage to "Restore" it first due to the fact that the phone stopped responding due to a lag asking for an encryption key. It was lagging so hard and I had to close the cmd around 5 tries while it was processing, but succeeded later on.
And then, to verify whether I've actually suceeded in rooting L7, I installed Root Checker from the Play Store. And again, for the first few tries the program froze on screen for a long period of time due to "system performance", but after rebooting and restarting the app a few times again, the ROOTING proves to be a success. Just to be sure, around this time I've reloaded KDZ_FW_UPD.exe and it suceeded.
So I went to install CWM and ES. CWM for recovery boot and ES for removing pre-installed system apps as the phone was lagging so badly. I've downloaded the CWM restoring(something like ~6.0.28?) first and tried fastbooting immediately right after, but instead of getting the fastboot menu I got a screen emptied in black with these words:
[5020] "Secure booting error"
[5020] "Cause: boot certification verify"
No hard keys could do anything on the presumed "fastboot", and so I had to hard boot again. I thought that it might be due to the lack of memory(checked on ES later on that it was 310~MB/2GB), and so I've used ES to uninstall a lot of system apps which I deemed uneccessary. So I've Googled a bit and it became apparent to me that that I've didn't unlock the device properly, so lurked around and found a file called L7CWM that is supposedly to resolve my problem, but I presume that it's the CWM recovery image that I've installed. So in the end, I didn't bother with it but kept it on tab just in case.
I repeated the same process with CWM again, but this time, the screen was joined with all kinds of flowery glitches. Restarted the device, and it went only downhill: now the Home launcher stayed all pitch black and nothing appeared. I waited a few minutes, but nothing there until the notification bar appeared. The home screen is apparently dead, and so are the menu keys. Switched to Nova Launcher(installed it just in case Home Launcher fails), and still dead. I couldn't access using any of the menu keys and had unusable launchers.
Hopefully I could still access to the settings from my status bar, but when I did, it started crashing immediately.
I've repeated the attempt a few times after restarting the device a few times, but nothing helped. It only got worse that the when the launcher did SEEM to work. It only showed the wallpaper without showing any of the icons/apps. And crashes again.
I could still access to the App menu via the settings, but couldn't open any of them and when I tried to uninstall them, the screen frozes immediately right after I gain access to the page (white page though) and gain this message: "Unfortunately Package Uninstaller Stopped!"
Then I convinced myself that the only thing I could do at the time was to factory reset the phone and then everything would go alright since I've just had to restore the system apps.
But then the black screen of death came right along with it:
"Secure booting error"
It seems that I'm out of luck... ... But just to check if I'm still left with resorts, I've downloaded the L7CWM file online...
... ...but it still didn't help.
So now I'm being left with no other choices other than asking for help. I never really understand what KDZ_FW_UPD.exe does since I had the LG Driver already before installing it, which I presume was for updating the phone to a newer or older version. And too complex tech articles are kind of alien for me.
EDIT(1 hour later): Okay, now I figured out the reason why L7CWM didn't work was because I didn't extract it to the right folder (after double checked via notepad that I was supposed to directly put it into the C:\ drive). Now it worked(?), but then it didn't.
After launching Flash_Bootloader.bat:
This message now appeared on the L7:
"Sorry!"
"SuperSU is not responding.
Would you like to close it?"
"Wait - Report - Close"
and a few minutes later
"Sorry!"
"Unfortunately, SuperSU has stopped."
"Report - OK"
Now I think the bugs till now happened was due to the fact that I've deleted a file that was required for me to launch apps... Now I just need the right fix.
After 5 minutes of screen inactivity the phone restarted by itself, kind of creepy... ...
Flash_Recovery.bat did nothing.
Reboot2Recovery.bat made it reboot but still struck on the same menu.
Nothing seems to be effective via the phone anymore, seems like I have to rely on abd but then again I don't know how... ... My dad is also f*cking pissed off ^ ^;...

I think that I explained the logs pretty precisely in case I missed something... I'll be very very very very very very thankful if someone could tell me what has caused my phone to fail though.
For references, here are the phone's specifications:

If I don't get the phone fixed to being usable soon I think that I will get butchered real hard... ... Preferably needs a step-by-step guide made for toddlers... ...
remove the battery for 10 seconds,put it back pres VOL+ and VOL - same time and than press the power button.when you feel a vibration press for many times the button wich is down in right,try for many times and maybe it will working :}

Strange display issues

So I have some problems with my OPT.
As soon as the system has completely booted the screen remains dark. Before this (boot animation, recovery, fastboot) the screen works fine.
I already tried all methods from Oneplus Two - Solution for Hard Bricked Device more than once but the problem could not be solved.
Current state: USB debugging disabled, oem unlock disabled. Fastboot and recovery work.
I flashed 2.2.0 full via stock recovery, then I wiped data and cache.
After booting I can see the language selection like the phone comes fresh out of the box but as soon as I try to select the language the screen turns black again. I can go back to language selection by pressing the back softkey and then the power button. When doing this the screen turns on again.
How can I make it work again?
Try flashing the Hydrogen OS.
Tried it but it the issues is still the same apart from the fact that it boots Hydrgen OS instead of OOS.

Is it a New mobile?
I had a remote service with oneplus today. They basically did the same like in the Oneplus Two - Solution for Hard Bricked Device thread and it did not change anything.
So it must be a hardware issue and I will let it be repaiered.

Poco M3 jumping and vibrating screen problem

Hi,
I have a problem with my new Poco M3. When I enter an app (example Chrome, Aliexpress, Gmail) the screen randomly starts to bounce and shake. Example In the Chrome everything works fine, but sometimes the screen starts shake and freeze. I updated everything, firmware is the latest, but the problem has not disappeared. I tried HW Overlay disable, it didn't help.
This is a bug in the system? If I standing on the desktop everything works fine. I think it isn't hardware problem.
That doesn't happen to my M3, could it be hardware problem with the touchscreen?

It do just in applications. I think it isn't hardware problem, because it occurs randomly when I enter an application or i scroll the page down in the Chrome. The app is crashing and if when I exit the application it recovers. Menu and system, full screen games are working perfectly. It’s like the screen resolution is bouncing or as if I turned the notch on/off many times very quickly.

If it is a software problem, what you can try is:
1. Do a factory reset.
2. Install the latest version of recovery ROM manually in MIUI updater (after enabling the hidden menu by tapping the big 12 logo at the middle ten times).
3. Unlock the bootloader, and re-install the ROM using Mi Flash with a fastboot ROM package.

I tried a factory reset and do the same. I tried a lot of firmware and do the same.
I haven't tried with the fastboot ROM package. What is the difference between the fastboot and the recovery ROM methode? Is it possible if it does not working with the recovery ROM, it will work with fastboot ROM?

It is possible if it's a software problem, but you won't know until you have tried it.
And if there is a Mi service center near you, it's better to bring the phone to them to be repaired under warranty.

Mi 9T - Endless Update loop - Phone stuck

Hello all.
I have a really annoying problem with my Mi 9t - 100% Official rom.
It happened after an update that got stopped for some reason, 'update failure' the phone said.
After that i have been able to use may phone as usual, but the phone was always asking me to do the update.
So i click again on update and that happen... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LNQhNUj_d8k
So my phone is trying to do the update and fail and restart again and again after less than 1%.
I can't turn it off, all i can do is launch the Fastboot mode.
The other mode with vol+ and power manipulation is not working, i try with discharged phone to go in there to reset everything, but that's not working.
My phone is not unlocked so in fastboot i can't even try to reinstall a new rom.
I already more or less given up the idea to recover my phone data but if i could unlock the phone it could be great..
Does anyone have any idea what I could do? or do I really have an official bricked phone?
Thank you

If under guarantee, you should go to official service center
Otherwise, have you tried Factory reset from Settings (maybe, it will wipe what is blocking OTA)
Finally, if I understand correctly, you could still unlock your Bootloader and then try to flash update (zip/recovery firmware) by TWRP or even (tgz/fastboot firmware) by Mi Flash. The second option works for some bricks, returning to stock from custom ROMs, etc - hence, should IMO also work for you
Thanks for response.
I can't do a factory reset, it won't start and the menu with reset option that you can get by using volume and power is not reachable.
i can't unlock it neither because you need a working phone to do that...
I live in begium and there is no official xiaomi service center...
i'm feeling so screwed by Xiaomi >_<
You said it works with fastboot, so just try miflash or push official rom with fastboot
Yes, i can acces to fastboot, but i already try miflash and official rom but that's not working, my phone is lock by xiaomi because i didn't think i will need to do that one day !
( https://en.miui.com/unlock/) to make the process, of unlock, you need a working phone with a xiaomi ID, an app installed on it...
double post
You said it works with fastboot, so just try miflash or push official rom with fastboot
So, i manage to get the phone boot. i share the solution here for someone who could have the same issue.
Using fastboot command line : " fastboot continue "
and so MIUI has boot !
