Hey everyone,
Today my goal is to move things a little to have roms from manufacturers. (maintened by 3rd developers)
Currently if you wish flash Erfan's GSI OneUI with twrp on system partition you will then get this error message : The image is too larger than system.
(Mi Max 3 system partition : 3Gb)
(@Skyllery I wish we could have custom roms from others manufacturers). :good:
WARNING : Do not try GSI's from Erfan, because isn't work actually (for OneUI).

This thread as no place in development forum. And I won't port any OEM rom because I've simply not the time and the knowledge.
For GSI you need to use lighter system files or repartitioning system one. Don't know how to do it and if it's safe.

unlocking bootloader and installing twrp 32bits
After that, flash to lineage-15.1-20190518-UNOFFICIAL-athene
works great
But now I want to install arrow os, and the twrp tells me several errors including error 7 ( try to make tutorials of youtube eliminating the "assert" line of the "updater script" file but not work) And change and change several twrp's as an alternative and all the same error.
I am currently using this twrp: "Released /twrp-3.2.1-r2-arm64-tywinlannister7.img" and using custom rom: "dirtyunicorns_athene-v11.7-unofficial"
The common factor that I notice is that everyone is nougat but PIE does not work
will it be not compatible for my device?
MOTO G4 XT1621 - dual sim - 2gb ram - 16 rom
Any other alternative that can prove ?? Can you think of something?
--- sorry for my english, I'm using google
thanks a lot, greetings
Read arrow op. Specificly what Lyuu recommends for YWRP.

Root is MANDATORY !
Before installing the mod, I recommend making a backup, in case the mod does not suit you.
or use the mod
I will not write the annotation, I think from the screenshots you will understand what is screwed.
Animation Matrix and your background in the "Recent Applications" panel In order for everything to work correctly, after installing the mod, give the "Home Screen ..." application all permissions in the system settings !!!
Shutdown menu does not work! (Temporarily)
Normal setting;
* Flash via TWRP, wipe divik-cache.

Help me root my Galaxy A20

Hello guys, I am new here.
So basically I got a new phone which is the Galaxy A20, but I would like to have full control over the phone as I did on the previous phones I had.
I tried a lot of videos from youtube and tutorials from here & Google, but failed to the end.
I was able to unlock the bootloader, which was easy. But I cannot find any TWRP based on my phone version.

[HELP] [AOSP 10 BUILD] Update requires 'goldfish_arm64'.

Hello everyone,
since this awesome Tablet isn't getting Updates anymore I tried to build my own Android Version (10) with help of the AOSP Documentary.
Everything works smooth and fine, but when I try to flash this freshly created build, I get an error:
"Device product is 'baytrail'.
Update requires 'goldfish_arm64'."

}
I tried resolving the problem by getting to know what exactly is goldfish in the first place. So I found, that the 'goldfish' is in the Android Kernel for 4.x versions. I simply just don't understand why the bootloader is attatched to a specific android version. Strange.
Additionally, Lenovo Support gives the whole Open Source .zip for both Lollipop and Kitkat versions, so I have full build .zips of the "old" versions.
Is maybe the boot.img file the problem? I extracted it from Lollipop.
Any help will be appreciated.
Same issue.
I think you need to edit the upadte-script.
Hello. Could you please share your previous build that worked? Will it work on the Tab 2 - 8 inches?
