SM-T533 ROM Compatibility

Hi,
I just bought a new Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 tablet and the model number is SM-T533. From what I've seen, the only difference is that the processor is a 64-bit snapdragon 410, vs the 32-bit snapdragon 400 from the other models. Does anyone know if ROMs for T530NU are compatible?
Thanks in advance .

Yeah, I know. I'm just wondering if the T530 ROMs are compatible or even if they can be installed at all. Maybe I'll have to wait until devs compile a version for this processor.
There is no custom recovery as far as I know as there is no source code for kernel. No way to root either unless you are on very old firmware.

How do i get custom recovery for asus zenfone max snapdragon 615 32gb/3gb RAM ?

I just got a new asus zenfone max with octacore snapdragon 615 processor. I want to install custom recovery like TWRP. Any help will be highly appreciated. I am not developer just android enthusiast

May be you try searching because I think there is no common way to get TWRP or any other recovery.
Even for my device SM-G530FZ I could not find. But after many days of searching in Google. I just got it.
Or may be anyone can help you.

I also waiting from last 4-5 months... Asked help to someone but till I cannot root my ASUS ZENFONE MAX 3GB 32GB MSM8939 Octra core CPU build... Hope any one developers will guide..
Me too waiting for devs to bring up a method to root and a custom kernel for asus ZenFone max 615 model....................(tired with the asus team and their useless system update which is becoming worser and worser)
Flashing a custom recovery needs unlocked bootloader. Currently Asus has provided the unlock tool (1 MB apk file) for sd615_8939 version on website.

Huawei Y5II - CUN-L01 Kernel

First of hello hello to everyone here
I'll try to be as straight as possible.
I am having trouble compiling stock kernel from Huawei's source code for my device - Huawei Y5II - CUN-L01.
As this is my very first attempt to make a kernel i had a lot of troubles and i still do. After many attempts, i finally successfully compiled stock kernel for my device, the only problem is - it gets stuck in a bootloop which means something is wrong.
My device has mediatek - mt6735 with cortex A53 proccessor inside. I would like to ask is it possible to compile kernel for my device as arm64 ? Default one is armeabi - armv7l. I searched all over google for as hard as could and i keep reading that my proccessor is actually 64bit. Now i want to know is it possible to compile the kernel as 64bit and will it work with my current stock rom ? If not, can someone please guide me in how i can get some error logs and get any info on why my phone gets stuck in bootloop after i compile and flash arm version of my kernel.
I know my questions may be newbie but i am having really hard time understanding all of this, if someone can put some guides on what should i do i would be grateful. Also, i have many defconfig files in my configs folder and at first i wasn't sure which one to pick, and after trying to see differences between them i can't seem to find any with the naked eye, eventually i downloaded kernel auditor on my phone and searched all the way through the props and found that i should use "hq6735_35u_b1n_l1_defconfig" because it says it was the "flavor" for my kernel.
Thank you in advance and i hope to get some help
I think your getting arm64 and armeabi mixed up and all. Defconfig basically means the settings for your device, does it use this touchscreen or that or should it use this driver or that.
I undesrtand that, and i think of armeabi and arm64 like windows x64 and windows x86 bit i am confused about my kernel because on the web it says my proccessor is arm64 and my current kernel is based on armeabi. Correct me if i am wrong but just like on pc, if proccessor is 64bit it can also run 32bit version, phones work the same way ?

HTC Wildfire E Lite

I have a HTC Wildfire E Lite as a backup phone. I realise it's not like the old HTC devices in the rest of this forum - it's pretty generic hardware I suspect.
It runs Android 10 Go Edition, which I really don't like. Ideally I'd like to install a fully-fledged version of Android. To this end I've managed to unlock the bootloader, and now require a (stock) Android 10 image. Failing that, even just the right boot image for rooting (I've tried Kingoroot - no luck).. But after searching the web I can't find anything for this model of phone. Given its generic hardware, is it possible to use an image made for other devices?
Specs:
Android v10 (Q)
Quad core, 1.8 GHz, Cortex A53 processor
MediaTek Helio A20 Chipset
2 GB RAM
32 GB internal storage
Hi.
I might have an idea on how you could go about this.
Don't get me wrong: I'm not a tech guru but the info I have should be able to get you what you want.
I got most of these info because of my desperation for optimization when I owned a potato (Infinix Smart 3). It literally had no Dev support, even in XDA. My recent phone has no support either but it's smooth enough for me so I'll just share my knowledge with you!
First, I'll advice you to backup your stock ROM. Have you heard of Wwr MTK? Or SP flash tool? These are the Mediatek tools you'll need to backup your stock images. JSYK your processor, Helio A20, is codenamed MT6761D. That'll come in handy!
Use this video to learn more on how to use them:
And please I'll have to beg you not to use Kingoroot. It's a very dated root method so I'll advice you to use Magisk. Here (https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk), you'll get all the info you'll need to install Magisk.
Also, if you're looking for a stable custom ROM to use, you can use Android 10 or Android 11 GSI system image from XDA recognised Phh. Find them here( https://github.com/phhusson/treble_experimentations/releases)
Also, if you want to have the same experience as on Google Pixel devices, you could also use Pixel Experience or Pixel Experience+ GSIs. Find them here (https://github.com/ponces/treble_build_pe/releases)
If you run into any issues, you could contact me on WhatsApp (https://wa.me/2348107260090)
Or Telegram (https://t.me/si_nach) or just search @si_nach
Hope this helps! Have Fun!
Awesome! Thank you! I'm going to give it a go in the next few days and will update with the results. Much appreciated
