Does it still blink after unlocking the phone, but not reading the notification ?
This is the major problem of these apps, they won't show LEd notification anymore after doing so.

Its jumbled up. I don't know why. And when I restart, its all right, until I tap on the notifications tray, it becomes jumbled up again.
Should it be like this or what?

It should take about 3/4ths of the screen, doesn't look like that from your SS, try disabling apps that have hooked to your notifications, (like the power controls) to find the culprit.

gus every time i want to open any program or any window a black box including
notification about the source of program appears how to get rid of these notifications? screen shot attached. thanks
I can only see the latest notification on the lockscreen. I want to be able to see the SMS as well but it just says "+1". If there are other notifications it says "+2" and so on.
I cannot figure this out. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Edit: Found out what caused it. It was the Substratum theme Vector.
I've using the search, but i haven't found this problem.
After PIE update some words are disappearing if the background is white, if i change to black i see it perfectly clear.
On OREO i had no problems at all.
Some ideas about whats happening?
