Bootloader unlocked message - Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e Questions & Answers

https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-a30/how-to/hide-bootloader-warning-unlocked-t3954589
It is possible in Tab S5e?
The param.bin.lz4 file does not exist...

I did try to look into it, and param.bin.lz4 is not there. I even tried to extract it from my own device using dd on a terminal, but I was unable too, as well.
It's just aesthetics, but it would be great if we could get rid of those horrible messages when the tablet boots...

Hello,
I am having the same problem and i wasn't able to find param.bin.lz4 either. Did you find a solution?

You might want to check the Tab A forum for the Nexus ROM for the T510. It has the same nag screen problem, and while the dev didn't get rid of it, he did make it less obnoxious.

Hi
I have found this thread.

It appears that changing these screens on devices with this processor is far more difficult than others

porting xperia native ps1 emulator

Ok so I posted this in the Q&A a few days ago and haven't gotten a single response. Do here it is again
I am porting the native Play ps1 emulator to my LG esteem. They both share the same exact chipset so the esteem can run it. I currently have been working on a few things and found the file that calls on the ps certificate buried in all PlayStation certified devises. Now my problem is that I font own an xperia play so I font know where to put or get this certificate. Can any one direct me to or provide me with a current system image that is extractable so I can browse it on my Pc.
I will except any and all help that is relevant.
I have two esteems to test on.
Thank you
Maybe this will help.

Damn good help you both have provided, I found and extracted the files and I have most of them.

Could someone point me to them or email me?

Good luck with this. R800 users on CM can't even get this installed.
I definitely will be telling everyone interested. by the way what is the semcsuite.apk for? Maybe if I know a little more about it I could figure out a little more.
ro.product-res-path-framework/semcgenericuxpRes.apk
Anybody know what that is? Man I hate being a noob.
Okay forget tho, I have been swapping files, adding permissions, replacing .jars, I have done about 15 backup and restored. I think I need some sleep. Does anyone know how to modify an apk? When I wake up IM going to extract the semcsuite apk and scoured it's programming for whatever only allows it to install on Sony devices, anyone done this already?

It may say headset in the title, but if you read through the first post, it gives details about adjusting system volume levels too. If you are unsure, leave a comment in the thread and @Elements1984 will help you

Yes that file can be edited. You can edit it 'on device' with a root enabled file explorer (I use Root Explorer) or on a pc with notepad(++?)....but make a copy of it first so that you have an original if you need it.

This thread.....

Contains a range of flashable zips with different volume configurations. If you have a custom recovery, you can flash them with that. If you don't, you can extract them to retrieve the XML file and manually replace / swap it with your stock version.

I have flash v4 on that thread but the volume is still normal. And on that thread, it's said that "these do not work on G900H"
Then I guess you'll have to wait for elements1984 to reply.....sorry fella, I don't have the H variant so I can't suggest anything else.....
Just be ready with a copy of your XML file....I think it'll be needed.

Hey Keithross39,
nice to see that you're still active in XDA and still so helpful, hehehe.
Thank you for redirecting people to my thread, I will make sure to help TheKingDragon as much as possible, his problem doesn't seem to be complicated and in my opinion, he might also have followed your last instructions for the V4 file (which is too loud in my opinion) but he might have set wrong the permissions or didn't restart the phone, lol. Other than that, it could also be that he used a file meant for another android version rather than another phone model, I doubt the G900H will have any difference in the XML file comparing to the G900F, it's not like they have done a "pimp my ride" subwoofer in the 900H, which then would need a few more code lines in the XML lol
I will reply to TheKingDragon in my thread in the next hour, I still have a guy to finish helping with a microphone volume problem.
Have a great weekend Keithross39
TheKingDragon, please post your XML file in the thread that Keithross39 shared with you in the first reply. I will edit it for you, but what is it that you want to increase (boost)? Phone speaker or Headset?
Hi @Elements1984 glad to see you're still active on here too......
I have your thread bookmarked so that I can easily provide a link to people who will benefit from it......

Nice to hear back from you Keith
Thank you for bookmarking my thread, I wonder how to make it a sticky on XDA so that people can benefit from it without needing to search through a million other threads, especially that I don't "bump" my thread to the top, lol. Oh, and I have to find a way to correct the title, since there is a "y" missing at the end of "quality", lol.
By the way, I have updated the original post today since it seems some CyanogenMod ROMs don't have a mixer_paths.xml file but rather another file named snd_soc_msm_2x which is situated in : system/etc/snd_soc_msm
I thought this information might be important to share with you since most roms are based on CM and a user might ask you why he can not find the file for the sound
If you have a bit of time, I have a guy that I tried to help with a bluetooth microphone volume problem but I am running out of ideas, maybe you can bring your input or provide new ideas on what can be done, he goes by the name rk2612 and his first post is number 38 on this page:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/guide-technical-explanation-boost-t3202087/page4
I just finished blindly editing the XML file for TheKingDragon since I don't have a similar phone to try with, lol, let's hope it works fine.
Hi @Elements1984 I'll have a look at the post you mentioned but you are the one with the experience needed to help.....I probably wouldn't know where to start.....
And as for editing the title of the thread, if you use the XDA app (as I do most of the time) and go to edit your OP, you can touch the title and do your edit.....easy as....
I'll pm a mod to suggest getting your thread sticky-ed.....just have to see what they think......

Here's the official firmware for the A5 2017: http://live.samsung-updates.com/det...2017_SM-A520F/SM-A520F/ZTM/A520FXXU4BRA7.html
Download it, open it with WinRAR and go to system/media/audio/ui. The file you want is "PowerOn.ogg".
Copy this file to the same place on your phone overwriting the existing one if asked and set its permissions to rwrr. All this can be done via RootBrowser on your phone. Obviously you'll need to be rooted for this to work. Good luck
This is not working its saying comod secure dns hackwarez. its really annoying. i really would appreaciate if u downloaded it and send to me
