Google uses 50% of battery in one day, phone does not want to start. - LeEco Le S3 Questions & Answers

Everybody my le s3 (x522) recently got a problem i saw when i charge it to 100% it goes to 20% in less than a day, when i go to battery settings i see that "google" is using up to 50% of battery.I saw some threads how to fix it by clearing cache and stuff , i tried it but it didn't worked. I put it on charger and over night it charged to 100% and in middle of day it completely died(battery 0%). I put it on charger and charged up to 23% when i turned it on (holded the power button). It showed normal start up screen and started to load, it was loading 5 hours , and i saw that it does says optimizing apps and then starting , then it shows the le eco loading and then it just repeats. I tried to hold the power button again so it turns on because i have a felling that it eats the battery while trying to turn on.But it turned of for a second and started turning on again.I launched the recovery mode where i can select if i want to update system or to clear data i just holder the power button again to turn it off and it worked. Now im here trying to find a solution to it. I want to try to do "clear data" in recovery screen that i open by holding volume up + power button , but that will erase all my images and stuff. Please help...

Factory Mode LOOP

Hi! Every time i turn off my p6800, when turn on don't see "samsung glalaxy tab 7.7" and the boot animation but start the "factory mode". I i turn off it turn automatically on after 4-5 seconds and visualize the "factory mode".
I try to flash with odin, but for the first boot it's ok, if i turn off the device and turn on the problem is the same.
anyone have this problem or know its fix?
I had this happen. I found that fully draining the battery fixed it, I haven't found what makes it happen in the first place though.
To completely drain the battery you'll have to turn it back on after it turns off from low power. I'd recommend doing the first big drain by flashing something in odin to get it booted (I just flashed recovery instead of the whole rom), then running it down till it turns off. Then power it back on, just the factory mode screen is okay now and wait till turns off again. This is to avoid having it on the factory mode screen for hours on end, which would probably cause burn-in.
Once it gives no response to pressing the power button, plug it in to charge, hopefully when it's charged a bit you can turn it on and it will be working again.
This problem made me really wish for a removable battery.
My son had this issue for some time ago. And draining battery didn't help indeed. But after about a week of this looping, it randomly became possible to boot through the loop holding the power button. And after a month or so, I can say that the device is almost self-cured the disease, and the "factory mode" is quite rare seen now=)

[Q] Nexus 10 Won't Turn On

Nexus 10 tablet is less than a month old.
Boot loader is unlocked and it's rooted using the Nexus Root Toolkit 1.6.2. No custom ROM's or tweaking or anything, just an adblock installed.
It was acting funny the day before it refused to turn on (yesterday). The IMDB app kept crashing non stop. Afterwards, the entire Nexus 10 crashed and reboot twice upon which it changed my wallpaper back to the stock.
Battery was at maybe 80% so I left it in the charger over night. I wake up in the morning and it will not turn on. If I plug it in to my charger and hit power, it shows a battery icon in the centre screen fully charged.
I've tried holding down power for 10 seconds, 30 seconds, a minute, multiple times. I've tried holding down power with both volume keys down as well.
How can I get this thing to turn on?
EDIT: False alarm it seems. After leaving it to charge for over an hour it finally turned on and is showing battery at 0%. Even though I never leave any apps running on it and barely have any apps installed on it, it somehow drained I guess when I unplugged it in the morning over several hours.
Here's some picture's as proof:

Yeah sounds like the battery was just crushed. If you charge fully and wipe battstats and let it drain all the way down to death it should fix this up. Do you still have this issue where it drops from 80% down to nothing? I'd recommend BetterBatteryStats and GSam battery manager for seeing where your battery usage comes from. Hope your problem is all sorted out.

Same symptoms with me.
Left GN10 4.2 unlocked/rooted/stock ROM plugged to charger overnight.
This morning "Google"-logo showing, device warm/hot like running for hours (inside it's closed case).
Managed to enter TWRP recovery after many attempts, wiped cache + dalvik cache. Rebooted from recovery. Device shut down and then behaved like urfase's...
Pressing power button (short / for 30 secs / for an eternety) just shows fully charged battery symbol, no vibration, no boot logo, no fastboot, no recovery.
Have it plugged in now again and waiting...
Knees are shaking out of fear.

[Q] Random reboot and no longer booting

Hi, so I've been doing a fair bit of reading, but I've not really found anything thats exactly like my issue.
So I got the Nexus 4 yesterday, today I've been using it for probably 3 hours, it was charged overnight last night to 100% and was still at about 65% when the phone randomly rebooted, no force close or anything. So it attempted to boot back up, showed the Google logo and then the nexus X, before going to a black screen.
From here I can't turn it back on, I've tried:
Power - up to 60 seconds
Power + Vol Up - up to 30 seconds
Power + Both Vol - up to 60 seconds
I then plugged it in to the wall (using the charger provided), there is no sign of life still, no battery charging screen, no flashing red led.
If I hold down the power button, while the phone is on charge, I do get the flashing red led.
Is this a case of leaving it to charge and assuming the battery is completely drained, or should I be contacting Google to start an RMA?
Should probably say, as I've only had it a day, no root, no custom rom, everything stock and on 4.2.2
Thanks.

My Galaxy S5 goes on a bootloop

Good day XDA,
My phone went on a real havoc starting yesterday when it kept on rebooting in the "Samsung Galaxy S5 powered by Android" logo. It doesn't go past it without having the phone plugged into into a power source, either USB, powerbank or wall charger. After charging it 'til it goes full, it only takes few minutes to few hours before it goes to the same cycle again - and I have to plug it in again in order to use it properly.
What could be the problem? Your immediate response is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
hi , i find when i experience this issue is when play store updates theme that i have in use at time , soon as i reboot i get bootloops ...i fix mine by pressing and holding vol down menu and power for as long as it takes for bootloader then press them same keys again but release before bootloader so that your phone boots as normal hope this helps
I know this is the combination for force reboot but sadly, that doesn't help. Thanks for the idea, though.
Tried clearing caches from recovery?
Battery still good?
I think the battery might be the problem. When I tried charging it, I went back and it was on 92% then few seconds later, it jumped to 100%. I tried booting it but with no luck, so I pulled the battery and upon putting it back, it dropped to 50%. I pulled and put it back again and it went to 84%. I'm thinking it might be the battery. I cannot boot into system or TWRP, only on Odin mode but I need to save the files saved on my internal storage as it has photos I haven't backed up yet.

Nexus 7 2012 problems

Hi all,
I'm struggling with getting my 2012 Nexus 7 to start and hope someone out there can help!
I think I may have let the battery become discharged, but anyway here are the symptoms:
Connected the power lead and the tablet initially showed the empty battery icon but then started to flash up the word Google but does not boot up. Left it connected for a couple of hours. Still no joy.
Did a bit of internet research in an attempt to reset the tablet via the button combinations.
With the power lead disconnected, holding on/off plus volume+ together eventually gives a blank screen and from there holding on/off plus vol- gives the Android figure with its belly open. Hitting vol+ scrolls thru the four options of start / power off / recovery mode / restart bootloader, however when I select 'recovery mode' and press the on/off button instead of showing the Android with a red triangle it simply goes back to flashing 'Google'.
From there, if I press and hold on/off and vol- for several seconds the screen gives a momentary blue flash and then the fours 'dancing blobs' appear, eventually to be replaced with the flashing 'Google' but still no boot up.
If I connect the power lead although I can get the initial Android figure, I cannot scoll for any of the options.
All of this sounds like a major fault, but funnily enough yesterday evening I left the tablet with a blank screen and disconnected only to find this morning that it had booted and had all my apps showing, all of which appeared to be working properly. so I connected the charge lead and it said I had 17% battery remaining however the battery charge graph showed a number of major gaps and also showed the wrong date (2 days behind). So I connected the power lead and left it for 10 mins to find that the charge state hadn't moved but also that the screen brightness was reduced as if it wasn't connected. So I unplugged and then re-plugged the power lead and it said it was optimising 1 of 2 apps then the screen brightness returned to full, any appearing to function ok.
So left if for around 30 mins at which point the charge had gone up to 21% and I decided to try switching it off. Bad move!! Instead of booting up it simply returned to the flashing 'Google'. Which is about where the story started.
I've had the back off and the battery connector hasn't shifted, but one thing I did notice is that there is a fourth key switch below the vol- switch but without a hole in the cover to actuate it when assembled. Is this part of the button-press combination to restore factory seetings with the back off ??
If anyone out there can make sense of what the tablet is doing, I'd love to hear from you!!
Mike
