Forgot pattern | Unable to hard reset? - Realme 2 pro Questions & Answers

Hey guys - So I'm trying to figure out a way to hard reset the device since I've forgot my pattern lock. Right now I'm unable to hard reset device because it asks for pattern in the recovery.
Any workaround for this? I do remember my google ID and password so FRP shouldn't be an issue.
Thanks!

WM6 PIN Locked Device

Hi All,
I think this is my first thread on xda-developers; I have searched for this, but didn't find an answer. Either its too easy, or its impossible
My device for some reason has decided to lock me out, I have entered the PIN three times and don't want to risk hiting the 5 times and having it reset to factory defaults.
Is there anyway to bybass the PIN request, at least so I can get my files out of there before it resets?

[Q] Incorrect Pin / Pattern

Hey all,
Question.
What happens if someone enters my PIN number or patter =n on my phone incorrectly over and over on the S4?
Does it lock the phone permanently and forces a data wipe?

Click to collapse
it will ask for gmail and password.
in worst case you have to factory reset from recovery

[Q] I forgotten my passcode

I've forgotten my passcode and can't remember, I can't find a bootloader (recovery menu) to factory reset it and the forgot password option that's on most android devices isn't there what should I do? Is there any alternative way to get access to my device or factory reset it?

Forgot alternate Password, what to do ?

Hi,
i dont own a galaxy s5 but my buddy forgot the alternate password. and the fingerprint scanner is not working either.
can you tell me what the easiest way to get the phone working again?
we dont need any data to be backed up... it just has to work again.
root? factory reset ?
is a factory reset possible when the phone is locked via fingerprint scanner or password ?
thanks
Boot to recovery (Volume Up & Home & Power) from a powered off state
Factory reset and hope reactivation lock was not enabled
if it was, you'll need to flash a stock KitKat ROM to disable it

[Q] Forgot Security Pattern and Need Help!

Hi everyone,
I don't know if this is a Tab A question, a Samsung question, an Android question, or a Marshmallow question.
I have an older tablet (SM-P350 with stylus) that I haven't been using a lot and I have forgotten the unlock pattern I was using. I am able to log in using the backup PIN, which I do remember, but I have to make several failed attempts to draw the pattern before I am prompted to enter the PIN. I'd like to start using the tablet more, but I don't want to have to do this every time.
I went to the security settings to change my login, but under "Screen lock type," it prompts me for my pattern, and after a failed attempt, it tells me I have to wait 45 minutes to try again! I am not given the option of entering the PIN. So I can't change the pattern OR change the screen lock type without knowing the old pattern! Does anyone know how I can use the backup PIN to do this?
As a last resort, I decided to do a factory reset. When I tried to do so from the menu, it prompted me for the security pattern!
I've tried twice to use the power and volume down buttons to reset, but I don't seem to be able to get to the recovery menu.
Now I can't log in to shut down and try again, because it's telling me I have to wait an hour!
And finally, one additional complicating factory is this: the tablet has been rooted -- not by me, but by the previous owner.
What can I do?
