Hi guys
Does anybody have issues playing pokemon go with fake gps on the AOKP Rom in the Trek HD 2?
I get the "os or device not compatible" screen when I play.
I have the latest magisk and magisk manager version and I hid the playstore and other playstore components but still getting the screen.

I had same problem on redmi note 3g and Mi Max , Please Consider these two thing even before downloading Pokemon
1) Pokemon go latest update dont work on Custom Roms.
2) Pokemon go even dont work on Rooted Roms.
Before flashing Fresh MIUI (if you are going to do it for Pokemon Go, Idid it only for this game) , try exposed pokemon go mod . if that even doesnt work then there is no option other than switching back to MIUI. :good::good::good:

Can u tell me how to get back to miui ...I tried but it gives error with latest twrp recovery........I also deleted the backup that was made by twrp of miui

Try the miui 8 fastboot file and flash it via mi flasher using windows via fastboot...did the same ..it worked..

Pokemon go working on any device with cm just go to supersu app go to settings and select unroot and cleanup option restart device. Then for first time launch disable GPS open pokemon go when the game is fully opened turn on the GPS and that's it everything works like charm
Hi i have found the soluce for my Mi Mix 2 just now after searching quite a lot ...
Pokemon Go was working fine en Wifi but no more in 4G with a message about authentification failed..
Vérify you have IP V4 deifned in your SConnection aned SIM settings ( see picture)

A few years ago ( well in 2017 ) i downloaded a sick rom for my samsung galaxy s8 plus, i believe it was a version of " renovated ice rom ". The thing is back then when i installed that rom, it added tons and tons of effects such as - Convoler inside viper4android, and then a ton of options to choose from inside there, and FIREqualizer, viper-ddc- dynamic system etc etc alot and alot of stuff.. but, some days ago i bought a samsung galaxy s8 ( not the plus version ) cause the other plus one is broken..... so i lost everything. My question is, when i install for example the latest lineage os, or the older renovated ice rom, why does viper4android not have as many options as before ? One would think that years later there would be even more options, but there is not.. Also i can mention i downloaded viper4android FX from magisk manager when i tried using lineage os. But when i used the old version of renovated ice rom i couldnt even install latest version of magisk manager it gave me an error opening up. also there was no viper4android installation after the installation of renovated ice rom was completed..... :/ it saddens me really.. I had v moda m100 headsett, and headphone amplifier wich i used at work, and now i cant even find a good rom that has sick options in viper4android..... anyone know of an rom for samsung galaxy s8 that has TONS of viper4android options ? thanks !!!
OH BTW: when i had the samsung galaxy s8 plus with the oldschool viper4android installed, the background in the app was black and red, but when downloaded from magisk manager the backround in viper4android is totally white..... not a big deal, but looked nicer.. Also the icon on the s8 plus was black and red before, with this new viper4android FX from magisk manager the icon is blue with white V....
Im sorry for so long message but i hope the oldschool viper4android isnt dead............................... that was really the sickest audio tweak program i have ever seen on phone, or any other device.. even pc...
you need Viper4Android 4.4 or 4.3

I have an old rusty Galaxy S4 SGH I337m with android pi ROM, but my bank app was recently updated and I got the typical "Altered device" note
I rollbacked to optimized lineageOS ROM with android 6.0, managed to fix that with magisk modules and magisk hide, sadly the ROM was too slow, crashed several apps and removed my launcher icons from apps installed from micro SD cards everytime I reboot the phone.
Now I'm using the optimized lineageOS 17.1 v9, besides I followed all the instructions to hide the magisk app, modules and such from my bank app, it stills shows "Altered device" note.
Whats the best ROM to use bank apps from 6.0 and above since 5.0 is no longer compatible with the app?

Check my S4 Unified Collection & Guides thread. You can find the Recommended ROMs there.
For banks and stuff, all custom ROMs suffer from that, Google change from time to time the SafetyNet. Some ROMs have inbuild fix some others not.
Check the Universal SafetyNetFix by kdrag0n at Magisk Root section.
