I have downloade LokiWiz and loaded the correct file to the phone, after i click on the MS DOS prompt i hit U to unlock and a quick text appears and the box closes. Is there anyother way to unlock the phone or shall i call t-mobile to get the unlock code?

I am about to unlock my phone via omnuis but when i click unlock i get 3 options, Unlock network lock by certificate replacemnet, Gesture lock reset or root the phone os, Do i choose the first one certificate replacement?
