Basically what the title says, as for why i need oreo instead of pie rom cause an app called Bkash wont work on any custom pie rom so i am forced to use older version of android,if you please share your experience and suggest a oreo that would be very helpful to me. This is my primary device so stability+good battery backup and call recording is my main concern.

Try Miui EU version.. I think that rom same as original miui rom but with newer android version and security patch..
If you not sure.. try ask there..

Oh this rom, i have used it, very stable amd smooth rom, well the problem is the god forsake bkash app doesn't work on this ported rom either.

I'd like to see it continued for the J510GN, but sadly -FN seems to be the most popular device
Definitely worth continuing this rom.Have v1.1 which is pretty much faultless.Tried to get v3 but was never able to find it.Have this working with the pixel launcher and cherry 1.1.3 and it's great.Even flashed it with nougat bootloader and nougat baseband.No probs whatsoever.IMO the best stock MM rom.Only downside is obviously the security patch being so old.

Its working fine for me. I use jio 4g as primary sim.
Once you got working volte on any rom then it works on all nougat toms. It has something to do with miui frameworks.

I doubt. I tried earlier version of LOS and they were pretty bad. Lots of issues and bad battery.
Using AOSP with radon from last 2months. Very satisfied.
Mokee is also very good and stable with good battery back-up.It has much less bugs than above mentioned roms , it supports Substratum completely and best of all u get daily incremental update.

guys which rom do you think is the best for battery backup. no heavy usage only social networking and cloud sync. need 3 days of usage with 8-10hours sot. atm i use slim with stock kernel but dont know if it will handle my preference well. can you share your experience

Its pre-rooted, just enable root from developer option. No need to flash anything for root.

Have you tried as mentioned in other ROMs discussion? You need to enable VoLTE from stock ROM first. Make sure you get the HD symbol (??). Then you flash other custom ROMs. May be here also it is the same. Let us know how it goes.

I did flash stock ron from recovery then then flash flyme then after boot from setting I enabled volte but it was not working
It doesn't support VOLTE

you must install Android 6 based stock or flash zip from this https://pan.baidu.com/share/link?uk...包/ZUK Z2 底层&parentPath=/总ROM文件夹/YouLinw ROM作品 link for downgrading to Android 6. There you will also find zip which returns you to Android 7.
How to install this zip:
Make wipes, reboot, flash zip, reboot, flash ROM.
Known bugs

The rom is good I am using it since 4 days
The known issues are
1)Volte doesn't work at all
2) battery is draining fast
3)unable to sync my contacts from Google account
4)and the last issue is heating issue
Rather than these four issues everything works well the camera and everything. The major issue to me is Volte i humbly request the developers to to solve this issue.

go for coltos mojito 1.2 version stable and u can use as daily driver with good battery backup

Lineage OS 14.1 07/10/2017 build is perfect for me!
There are no bugs and u can get the customisation part via gravity box (xposed obviously) !
The only bug I found that everytime I open google photos android.process.media crashes (which is present in almost every custom rom).
There are no other bugs.
Battery backup is great and fast charging is also there...750-820 ma!

I did but the same problem is there
AOSP by pirej is fast and lagfree and can be used as a daily driver but if you want speed, stability and customisations at the same place the best choice is Viper OS.
Ok so guys I'm suggesting the most stable, bugless and sensible ROM according to me after trying tons of roms throughout a year ......
Thanks to our devs who are still providing their best to keep our device updated .... But the ROM that i think is most stable in every aspect is viper os 5.2 oreo ...... Just flash the rom with combination of bfr kernel and see the results for yourself ..... I personally don't want to use an oreo rom in the time of pie but for some reason pie roms are still not that amazing as oreo ROMs used to be .... Plus the battery backup can never be matched to oreo in pie ROMs for our device don't know why ......
So guys if you want a rom that is fast ,fluid , stable, able to play any game effortlessly just give this combo a try .... You'll be amazed .... It gives 5hrs sot very easily even with kind of heavy usage .....

Yes you can simply flash .... No worries... But I don't know about migrate apps but yes you can flash ROM normally

You can use migrate backup in any ROM of same version ( ex pie - pie) without any problem

I think it will need factory2vendor partition.... Flash f2v , twrp 3.2.2 by kubersharma... Then you're good to go.... Nothing else needed i think
