[Check] ZTE firmware copy maven 3 - ZTE Maven 3 Questions & Answers

I have a huge query. I have a ZTE Maven 3 which I bought second-hand, which luckily came blocked from the signal, rather, that I could only have the At & t sim, try to unlock it anyway but fail, I made a guide that is here to root and in the end, when I did it now, the wifi did not work for me, then I tried to flash it, with a firmware that I saw here, but my sister interrupted it when it was in process, and I tried to unravel it, without any success, now, I bought a new phone of the same model but now unlocked, which I want to copy the firmware, to be able to repair the other and recover the money spent having to buy another. Has anyone been able to do it? I know what could be done on other models with the snap dragon processor, putting it in Qualcomm HSDLoader 9006 mode but I don't know how to do it.

Going CRAZY trying to restore S7 to factory

I wiped my girlfriend's S7 for Sprint (SM-G930P), in order to run tools to try and recover deleted internal saved voicemails. (Which I never could find). She wanted it unrooted. Can't remember what I did, but now the phone won't boot. I think the recovery is screwed up.
I had originally started with this post....
https://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-galaxy-s7/how-to/root-firmware-qg1-tweaks-mods-t3654700
At the command line, ADB does NOT see the phone.
I tried calling 10 different numbers for Samsung, no one could help me.
Kies and/or Smartswitch Emergency Recovery requires the serial number, which I do NOT have.
Everything for rooting went well, but now when unrooting, I get the "unauthorized software, please contact service provider screen" or 'sometimes' I am able to get to the bootloader screen.
I don't know which version of Odin, which firmware, whether it should be separate AP, BL, etc, or a single file.... Rooting never used to be this difficult before locked bootloaders. I'm literally pulling my hair out because now I need to spend $250 to go buy my GF another Sprint S7.
I've tried this post also, with NO luck....

ODIN = FAIL on everything. Although Odin does recognize the phone. Please help.

So Odin does recognize the phone in download mode? Then you should be able to restore it. Are you using the special version of ODIN for the S7? When you boot in download mode, read the firmware version 5 characters back from the end. Does it say 4 or 5? I would completely reflash the firmware. The latest firmware will probably do the trick, but it will update the binary for the bootloader, but it is better than buying a new phone.

Samsung Galaxy Core Prime SM-G361F stucked on download mode

Hello.
I have big problem with flashing SM-G361F.
It has stucked on download mode after regular OTA update and i can`t do anything with phone anymore. Recovery isn`t working also. I have already try everything i have find on net to fix it,but with no luck. I try to flash it with all versions of ODIN, and try 5 different USB cables on a 3 different PC-s, and always with the same result.
All what I can "flash" is PIT file, everything other isn`t working. I have try sofar every repair firmware i have found, lot`s of kernels, recoverys, custom roms, etc, but with no luck at all.
Any ideas?
Thank you.
Hello and apologies for my absence.
It seems you are in quite a pickle here, but since you can access Download Mode and Odin, that's great.
What I should tell you is that you don't need separate BL, AP, CSC and CP files to flash the ROM, since it uses the older method of flashing (which is much easier and more logical).
Unfortunately, since I am unaware of your mobile's network and it's nationality, I cannot recommend a specific ROM.
There is quite a list at https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-core-prime-lte/SM-G361F/ for this specific type of phone.
You need to put in your country and carrier and choose the latest version of the firmware since I am unaware of your phone's carrier and your nationality.
Either you can provide me with your country and mobile carrier or register to download the firmware yourself if you prefer.
Hope you get it fixed!

EDIT:
TAKE YOUR IMEI NUMBER DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
I know most of us on the forums are nice folk, but posting your IMEI number is bad, since someone could use it and take calls and texts from it if you insert a SIM card, leading potentially to some bad things happening, for example someone using your phone's IMEI to take calls and texts while you are stuck with the bill!
Please! At least blur it out!
Thank you for your quick respond.
Unfortunaly i have already try all available rom from that link for my country and carrier, and it is always the same result.
I have the same issue with the G361F. Except mine always stays on the "samsung galaxy core prime" logo. I have tried around 15 Roms and always the same result.
I think i have the same problem:

Any news about that?

My divice is dying!!!

Yah, I'm serious! I'll tell you in detail.
Weeks ago, when I tried to flash stock rom, I made a big mistake that made my deivice hard bricked and then I found the reason in this thread: https://in.c.mi.com/thread-1095941-1-0.html.
I immediately brought my device to Mi Support Center, they made it alive but other problems came and I posted this thread: https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a1/help/help-soft-brick-t3860620 (thanks for people who tried to help me)
I found that my device lost persist partition, so that I flashed it, done, however, I relized that my device lost IMEI and BASEBAND, too.
I tried to restored my IMEI by QCN file but I only got sim 1 IMEI, I flashed BASEBAND and my deivice stuck in bootloop.
After a long time, I asked for someone to help but they couldn't do anything and then I found some problems.
1. IMEI dosen't show anything now and BASEBAND is unknown.
2. I can't flash Android 8.1 or higher versions on my device, it only accepts 8.0 and lower versions. If I flash 8.1, it continuously reboot when Android One logo shows up. But nothing happens when I flash 8.0.
Three days ago, I brought my device to Mi Support Center again, they said my mainboard is broken, it need replacing but I denied because the cost is too expensive, about $145. I took it back, tried to flash 8.0 version and installed update, sadly, my device is locked now and I can't flash anything. I think I can flash 8.0 via testpoint method, but the important thing is that I don't know what's exactly happenning with my device.
Why I can't flash 8.1 version and can I take my IMEI back?
I'm tired to find the answers days and I'm thinking to sell my death device with a cheap price about $40 for screen and camera only.
Someone help me, please!
By the way, I'm in Vietnam.

I can buy a new one with the cost to replace to the whole mainboard. In fact, I accept the thing that I can't use SIM anymore, I just don't know why I can't upgrade to 8.1 or higher

Enable Dual Sim on Huwaei ascend G7-L01 (Help required too/Done)

Hello
first of all i know this is an ancient phone, but i've got it a week ago, did so many searches for the 2nd sim,i have the slot but the phone never sees the 2nd... all i got is L01 is signle, L11 is dual...
Reading about L11 i fount its the same phone but dual, and since my bootloader is locked and phone is not rooted, i cant install customs or flash by fastboot cmds... so more reading and search.. i found some tools like cracked boxes/dongles..etc and did hit a mode [EDL] mode which, but phone needs to disassemble to enter that mode [Short between 2 pins on board] anyway some cracked boxes didnt work for me, so i asked a friend who owns a UFI Box to borrow it and do some tests....
Installed L11 software on L01!
i went into edl mode, and did browse partitions, replacing/writing each partiton with its match one eg (gpt>gpt.img...modem>modem..so on) got the files from exracting L11 update.app, and for sure I DIDN'T REPARTITION!
Yeah, now phone is dual sim, ID became L11 not l01 anymore
ISSUE / Fixed!
1- phone battery drains faster, [same heppened after upgrading to Androind 6.0.1 for L01.
2- graphics or fps are much lower in games (too slow motions) also it happened at android 601 for L01.
3- i had no gboard on start or even in settings so i had to install manulally from apk.
Questions...
1- i really want my L01 android 5 ver, since it works perfect for all, but trying to replace/write ONLY modem files didnt work to enable dual sim, im not pro or in deep knowledge to know which partitions contains such settings, i would appreciate your help for telling me which partition is the one i need to replace in order to enable only dual sim.
2- since i have access to all emmc files/partitions is there is a way to read my bootloader code?
thank you so much in advance, sorry for the long post and for my english
Yours..
Crix
I did some mixes of software till i made full build, running perfect for 4 months now.
HEY i flashed my g7 l01 using miracle box and now its dead help me with correct xml firmware android 5 please

2 identical V20 - one has simlock - pls help

greetings,
i try to make it short:
10month ago i bought 3x LG V20 H918 t-mobile brand from ebay, came from HK, same seller
same modell all same same only imei different, me living in germany.
1/3 i bootloader unlocked, rooted with magix, twrp and back to version 20H
up and running fine as EDC , no issues, until yesterday, when it died finally after fuqqed up screen.
so i took 2/3, same process, bootloader unlock, root magisk twrp etc. following the guide i used
to write as simple as possible back in the day. i restored the backup i made with phone 1/3, thing up and running in about 1h.
but it shows simlock ! i have some possibilitys left, ill try lineage OS etc maybe different kernel,
but since im by far no pro with android, my possibilities are limited. did i do s.t. wrong?
i tried different versions of twrp, since it showed the "can not decrypt" screen many times, i tried different versions of stock rom,
i tried using the backup from phone 1/3 and clear install of stock rom, wiped data/system/everything (except micor sd)
always simlock.
any ideas are much appreciated, why does phone 2/3 has simlock, while phone 1/3 was up without any issues :/
thx
for now, i exchanged the mainboards (mainboard from phone 1/3 --> phone 2/3) up and running.
from phone 1/3 only screen was destroyed, mainboard was still fine)
not the smoothest solution but ok for now.
i contacted t-mobile US they seemed to be a little overwhelmed by my concern.
it seems with normal methods there is no chance of getting rid of that simlock, since its supposed to be on a hidden partition on internal memory, and there is just no way to access this one, except with the unlocking code.
when trying to check IMEI from phone 2/3 and enter *#61# (?) it showed IMEI 0....
if s.o. has any ideas on how to extinguish scumsimlock, still much appreciated.
