It's been a few days and no replays, let me guess I can trow the phone away ? since there is no QCN file available for restoring
Don't throw away. Get a sain QCN file, put your emei in it and flash back.

mied, is part of the imei... not neccesary to modify...
now, do this:

I'm sorry it took so long to respond but I was on a trip.
It works, I've got my signal back, but sometimes when I start a conversation the other person hears bad, like when you speak underwater. It doesn't happen when I put my headphones(not yet anyway),
but I guess this will be solved in the future updates.

No, I don't, the only QCN file I have is the one you gave me and modified with my IMEI.
As a note that QCN file give a warning that my model no. doesn't match when restoring, but it works on stock ROW rom.

Hi, if you are on ROW, update through OTA to 11.0.350. Many Z6 owners have reported it fixed connexion issues. It might help you as well!

Sometimes i can;t because phone is rooted, sometimes when i get OTA update I can't install because after i press "update" it resets to changelog.
Also when I try to update through .ZIP file it fails and I lose signal.
Zip file name : L78051_ROW_SECURE_USER_Q00745.01_P_ROW_11.0.284_ST_190810_TO_L78051_ROW_SECURE_USER_Q00745.01_P_ROW_11.0.325_ST_190918 (renamed to update.zip)

One way or another, you need to find a way to update your phone to latest ROW rom which is 11.0.350.
Try unrooting and flashing back stock recovery. Otherwise find a full rom file that can be flashed with fastboot.
My issue is not with the version. My issue is with qcn file for my signal.
Most likely I will need a new dummy QCN file from Lenovo z6 pro from latest ROW rom version, change the dummy imei to my imei and restore.
Most likely x-geo will have a good idea of what I must do, 'cuz last time he solved my signal issue. If you have Lenovo z6 pro with latest rom you can back up your QCN file set a dummy
imei and send it over and I'll try and/ restore my phone, that will be greatly appreciated.

May be it resets proper QCN partition or whatever. Anyway there is no point in staying with earlier ROW version they are crap !

After flashing multiple roms & testing, my IMEI is ZERO! Even after I inject new IMEI which I copied from back of battery compartment, I still could not get any network connection (emergency calls only).
If you own the same model & region as mine (ZE550KL z00ld ww), please donate your working QCN to me! I have troubleshoot this issue for the past 48 hours without any improvement, a search yields many phone owners with the same problem. Some cannot get 3G/4G anymore and are stuck on EDGE/2G. My country's 2G infrastructure will be taken down in 3 months time.
This problem could be due to ROM flashing, OTA upgrades, selecting RADIO BAND to USA when living in another country, deleting the modemst1/st2 files etc etc
You may want to replace your IMEI with some arbitary numbers 1199119911991199 or something, even if you don't input any numbers, I will use my own IMEI. IMEI is stored at NVram item 550, just exclude it from the file.

u just have to put the phone in DIAG mode (adb shell -> su -> setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb), any CM13 rom will do
install qualcomm drivers
launch qpst
make a QCN BACKUP file
then use a hex editor to edit your IMEIs to 111111111111111111 and attach the files here
that's it, the file is around 700kb only
i find it hard to believe no one else except me need this file.
If u are an avid custom rom flasher, u need this file too!!!! coz its simply too easy! to bork values in the nvram, just by flashing nightlies, ota updates or just trying a new rom, and there are many roms to try here
btw: I found 2 copies of RAW/SERVICE ROM firmware for ZE550KL, it's vital to revive any hard bricks due to partition failure of any kind, will post links later after I find the original links again
Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL (Z00LD, WW) SERVICE ROM or FIRMWARE
Service rom/firmware is vital to recovery from any type of partition failure, it is flashed using Asus Flash Tool (AFT). Note that this is different from the usual Asus ROM upgrades. If AFT fails for whatever reason, simply unzip the file and run flashall_AFT.cmd, it's a simple batch file.

nothing worked except a working qcn file (ze550kl), heck i even tried flashing qcn from lenovo/xiaomi which has the same snapdragon chipset, didn't work, radio is dead.

How To Fix Unknown Baseband In Qualcomm Based Phones.
Today 8 out of 10 device by Qualcomm in market and there is one common problem in Qualcomm based phones which is Unknown BaseBand.
Some try to flash phone and some write modems or radio but mostly have no idea why baseband got unknown.
I'm not here just giving solution for Baseband i will tell you reason of this too so you can easily fix whenever you will get device for same.
Reason of unknown baseband & Solution :~
Wrong firmware flashed on device - after flash wrong firmware there is chance to lost baseband because maybe the older firmware look for baseband in c drive (just an example, the author meant 'looking for baseband in the wrong location') and your flashed firmware search it in d drive so you will get unknown baseband cause of wrong path of EFS in firmware, so you can easily fix it by flashing (meaning stock rom)
Corrupted EFS so to fix corrupted EFS you have to erase EFS partition which is MODEMST1, MODEMST2, FSG, please backup these partition first before erase or just erase MODEMST1 and MODEMST2 its safe as FSG is golden copy for them. (FSG is actually a backup of MODEMST1 & 2, golden copy meaning if phone detects erased/zeroed modemst1/2, it will auto copy FSG to modemst1/2)
You can erase partition in fastboot like this "fastboot erase modemst1" and same for other just change partition name,this partition can be erase by adb too as boxes (professional repair kits) do but you will need root and some advance skills
Some time EFS not corrupted, its erased so you can not fixed it by point (2) so you need a working QCN from other working phone (same model) to restore EFS partition.
In order to read and write qcn you need 1 tools QPST ,there is lots of tutorials on net how to read qcn so i will not gonna tell you here same thing so i will cover only important part.
To read write qcn you need qualcomm DIAG port to be enabled and its depend on phone, some phone can enable this just by code and some need root, after root you can use my tool rbsoft mobile tool to enable diag port.
(For enabling DIAG port on ZE550KL, just go adb shell -> su -> setprop sys.usb.config diag,adb Need to disable Windows driver signing first, install Qualcomm drivers to work )
Now you can read and write qcn and you will get your baseband and imei back
To make your work easy i attached QCN in my post for latest phone which come daily on every shop now day.
keep in mind all qcn imei i removed and now its 35000000 (false IMEI) so edit & input your imei with hex editor.

I've sideloaded the Fastboot ROM of 8.1.10 Oreo from Xiaomi and because of choosing the wrong script (flash_factory.bat) without reading instructions, i lost the IMEI of my phone. I've recovered the /persist partition, so there's no problem with the WiFi or the BT connectivity. But i tried a lot of times to recover the IMEI from the phone with QPST and there's no ressult.
So i was wondering if someone can help me with an EFS backup, to try to recover with this the IMEI of my Phone.
The instructions detailled in the other threads about "lost imei" worked, but only with the persist partition, but still no work for the IMEI and baseband.
Please help
If you didn't backup the partition where are located the IMEI,before to flash anything... I think that is unrecoverable...
Maybe with flashpoint,i don't know certanly... but is a big problem that... for sure

All tools to change the imei are banned on this site as they are illegal to even own in many countries.
There are only 2 ways allowed on xda.
1. Restore the backed up efs
2. Return to the oem to be repaired where they will charge you for a new mother board.

Download your phone firmware and miflash tool, flash via fastboot with this software but DONT re lock the bootloader
i did it 2 times, each time i downloaded the rom from the xiaomi site and transferred it to my phone and flashed with twrp

Did that many times brother but it is still stuck in bootloop. The problem is that i have damaged EFS Partition. Ihave tried installing ROM through TWRP and also through fastboot with miflash. When i enter in Mi recovery i get message of " NV data corrupted".

You need to fix the partitions i think (idk how, but try on TWRP, there is a option to fix partitions) or in last case with fastboot i think its possible

Hey Bro, don't worry at all! It's because of EFS Corruption and you have to clear the partition and then flash ROM again with fastboot!
Boot into TWRP recovery.
From TWRP’s main screen, select Advanced » then Terminal.
Type the following commands in terminal (one by one):
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modemst1
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modemst2
Reboot device.
go to TWRP, Flash ROM
Hi! I finally booted my Redmi 7A. But now, the IMEIs are missing. I tried a QCN file online, but it made the phone stuck on Recovery mode with the "NV Data is Corrupted" notice. Fixed it by wiping the modemst1 and modemst2 through TWRP.
Does anyone have the QCN file for the Redmi 7A? And how-to's to fix the missing IMEIs? Model Number is M1903C3ET.

Hi! I have already downloaded the qcn file you've attached. However, on Miracle 2.82, Redmi 7A is a not listed model. Can you please provide more instructions? Thank you!

1) Reboot to recovey
2) Open cmd and run
adb devices
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modemst1
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modemst2
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/fsg
3)Reboot and flash given qcn with QFIL
4)Then go to CDMA/LG/MI tab and select MI IMEI repair and write only IMEI 2
5)Reboot

Thank you! It has worked! The phone happily accepted the sim card. However, LTE doesn't work. It is only fixed on EDGE. Is that the same case with you?

You have to test all the required frequencies are availabe. The given qcn may only have frequencies in India.

There's network drop very frequently with your qcn,
Colud you tell how to backup qcn without imei?

Your imei1 will be permanently lost after repairing imei. Now i have only second sim working.

how can I get my qcn and where?
Dear all,
I've flashed stock rom for tb-x704v by QFIL.
It has lost baseband firmware. It is unable to recognize sim card, unknown imei, unknown baseband version and no Phone app appear in app drawer.
Any one can help me fix it, please?
If you have tb-x704v please help give your baseband QCN backup.

Imei is recovered, but no signal and no service.
Could you please help to backup your efs partition. It think it must sync between efs and imei.

1. i flashed persist.img from firmware folder
2. qfil is not recover my tablet, reset after first screen, i recover tab with mi flash pro, try it, maybe help

Do you mean flash persist.img or entire firmware by using Miflash pro?
I've tried to recover my tablet by Rescued and SmartAssistant, SIM card has been recognized but network has not been recognized.

Yes. Qfil and RSA do not recover my tablet, and i flash persist.img from twrp is manual, before reflash firmware.

download the mi flash pro package, launch it, go to the mi flash tab, select the folder with the firmware, give an error that there is no script, score.
In config, manually select raw and patch files from the firmware folder, all other checkboxes are unchecked, the fields are empty.
mi account is not needed, just close this window, the window with downloading drivers too, they look like the instructions for QFIL.
Turn off the tablet, hold down both volume buttons and connect to the PC, press refresh, the port will appear in the list, select clear all at the bottom, and press flash (it does not immediately sew 5 seconds, it thinks like qfil).
After that, the tablet was normally encrypted and wound up.
Sewed 2 times, tk. I didn't hope to help, first I put 55 + clean all and lock started, then 56 + clean all and it also worked.
The bootloader was not blocked, the Jackdaw was standing but in the bootloader oem lock was false.
