How do I change the bootloader splash screen for LG Stylo 2 MS550? - LG Stylo 2 Questions & Answers

OK, I have an LG Stylo 2 MS550 originally flashed for the Metro PCS carrier with a stock Android 7 ROM.
I've re-flashed the phone with a lineage custom OS ROM to Android 7.1.2.
I've also flashed the recovery partition with TWRP and used it to root the phone.
Also, the bootloader is unlocked.
What I'd like to do is change the splash screen that initially pops up when the phone is initially powered on.
To be clear, I'm NOT talking about the boot animation.
I've easily changed that simply by re-writing the .zip in the appropriate system folder.
What I want to do is get rid of the "LG Powered by Android" logo that the bootloader puts up right after power on.
How do I accomplish this?
Is the bootloader code stored somewhere in the system directory?
Or is it some super low level code burned in a ROM register on the processor itself so no one can get to it?
Thanks.

Any help, guys?

[Q] LG G2 completely stuck

Hi everybody,
Yesterday I was installing simple kernel on my LG G2 European version 32 GB with the latest nightly from Cyanogen 11. I had twrp recovery and stupidly used Clocwork mod Rom Manager app to go in recovery, I didn't know these two were not compatible. After that the only thing I had in the screen was the LG logo, so I tried everything to restore it and finally with LGMobile Support Tool I succeded in reinstalling the original Rom. But after I boot up I get the screen I uploaded, where it is asking me some kind of pin or password, but I really don't know what is it talking about. While on this screen I get a click periodic sound every 2 seconds. I tried to boot in recovery or hard reset, nothing happen. I'm totally lost right now. what can I do? Thanks in advance

N4 Semi-Brick? Can I recover?

Hi,
I have a N4 that was new but the screen cracked on it and eventually the battery died as well (wouldent hold a charge). I got the battery and screen replaced but as soon as this happened I could not boot into any rom. I had twrp installed but everytime I tried to install a rom such as CM it would install but would stay stuck in the boot loader. I then used NRT to try and kick it out of bootloader and I tried several different stock firmwares, 5.01, 4.4.4, and 4.2. The only rom that was able to get past the boot animation was 4.2 it went to the welcome screen to choose a language but I could not select anything via touch screen. In that screen I could lower and raise the volume via the rockers and turn the screen on and off. I had twrp installed and the touchscreen worked fine in twrp. I also tried this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/general/tutorial-how-to-unbrick-n4-t2347060 and it also let me get into the developer firmware but of course it is encrypted so I could do nothing. The phone has not had contact with water etc. Do I have any other options? Can I get some type of diagnostic such as logcat or something?
Thanks!

Moto g4 plus questions

I have Moto g4 plus and I have Indian variant but some questions are I can't even understand.
1) what is hard brick and soft brick of moto g4 plus? What is the difference?
2) in both brick of moto g4 plus there is any pc required?
1) In simple words, Soft brick is messing a little with your Android from which you can recover easily.
Hard Brick is like screwing up your device completely, yes, you can recover, but it needs lots of technical process.
Symptoms:
SoftBrick: When you turn on your phone, it is either stucked on your boot logo or you get Android Logo with an exclamation mark.
You device keep restarting from the boot logo.
Hard Brick: All your device does is showing you a black or grey screen and keeps vibrating without any display.
Sometimes all you see is the RED charging light, and nothing else on the screen.
Reason:
Soft-brick generally happens when you install a custom ROM that is either not compatible with your device, or it is corrupted. There is also a possibility you might have deleted a system file or application after rooting your phone.
Hard-brick usually happens when you mess around with system partition. Another reason can be Custom ROM making changes to your system partition while you are flashing it.
2) Yes, you must required PC for hardbrick.
I stuck into motorola logo on sky blue screen when I restore my twrp backup and then my screen is black gray ,so this is hard brick or softbrick? Because unfortunately I flash Oreo rom on 32 bit twrp and so,my phone won't turn on ,so I restore my twrp backup.

Help unbricking my G6 997

I have an older LG G6 thar ran into some custom ROM issues. i got a new phone so its been shelfed. Recently a friend broke their phone so I thought I could revert mine back to stock using the LG Up tool. it detected the correct model, ran the process but it must have got cut off or something because it rebooted but it never loads the ROM. Left on its own it boots to the LG logo and doesn't go further. Attempting to boot into recovery or into download mode shows a rainbow circle that says erasing for a second then reboots on its own. I can get it to the MEID screen but that doesn't obviously do anything.
Anyone know of any options or am I just brickled?

Quick update, I got it into fastboot mode but Im sure what I can from here. Any suggestions?
nevermind I got it back up and running. I tried a lot of stuff like flashing the laf to get back into download, flashing a recovery, unlocking the bootloader again, with a reboot between each step.
What eventually worked was unlocking and then relock the bootloader and after a reboot it was working again. Im not sure why this worked or if it would work for anyone else

Need help with bricked ZenFone 3 on stock ROM

I've received today from a friend the phone.
It was running stock ROM, bootloader was never unlocked and supposedly everything is stock
Apparently all of sudden the phone wouldn't turn on anymore
It gets stuck on ASUS logo and never turns on
All I could do is access fastboot, however I can't make any changes on the system because USB Debugging was never turned on and also, the phone has a password.
Also, recovery mode won't open
Any ideas on what I could do to fix the phone?
