If your device is 1 (anti rollback enabled) the TGZ rom must be 1 or major.
Open flash-all.bat in a text editor like Notepad++ and look for the following line: set CURRENT_ANTI_VER=#
That number (#) is the rollback index of the MIUI version you want to flash. If that number is equal to or greater than your current rollback index, then it’s safe to flash in TWRP, Mi Flash, etc. If that number is less than your current rollback index
what did you mean by hacked the antirollback error?

Friend, I also have the same question ... Is something concrete modified? My software was the global version 10.3.9 and now I can not repair with the fastboot version 10.3.6 ...
What I can do?
How did you solve it?

I did something different, easier in my opinion:
• Downloaded a fastboot rom and uncompress it
• extracted the files: system.img, recovery.img and boot.img
• Flashed them with CMD/Terminal
• Erased data
• Rebooted

I was on Developer beta, bootlooping without recovery, Only fastboot continue was working
I flashed this fastboot rom from the OP https://mifirm.net/model/davinci.ttt#fb-mif
Download fastboot rom > Extract > use Miflash( Download here https://www.xiaomiflash.com/download/ ) > flash Fastboot rom

I have mi9t and i use OSX, dont have windows. when installing xeu dev 9.7.18 twrp gone, i downloaded 10.3.6 stable global fastboot rom. i unpack rom and edited flash_all file as in osx comad for fastboot is not as on windows in os x is ./fastboot
so in any fastboot writen on flash_all i had to put prefix ./ and in terminal i flash fastboot rom, no problems about antiroll back.

Any way on how to change the Region? it got locked to China
solved by flashing cust.img

There is no anti roll-back in our phone. You can safely flash everything for our davinci I think. I flashed 10.3.7.0 and all was working fine.

Brick (error mode) after update_command: only fastboot works.

Hello I wanted to install Oreo on my PRA-LX1 following this guide
https://www.haky86.com/2018/05/12/install-emui-8-0-huawei-p8-lite-2017/
I was on official EMUI Nougat firware, I downloaded LX1C432B322 of 2018.04.13 what he said, installed nocheck recovery and then update_command. Reboot, title, nothing works except fastboot. I re-unlocked the phone with oem unlock and after reboot same.
I tried to flash twrp-3.2.1-v3.5-prague.img again to fix but length error with "fastboot flash recovery"
I tried to flash his OreoTWRP.img with "fastboot flash recovery_ramdisk" and it pass, reboot but I can't boot to recovery.
Pressing VolUp + Power does nothing, "phone can't be trusted" screen with the eRecovery option (VolUp for 3 seconds) but eRecovery is dead (error mode)
Maybe this OreoTWRP worked but how to bot to recovery now ?
please help I can't buy another phone it's urgent...

I'm not responsible of bricks caused by people since most of them not follow the steps I wrote.
@haky 86 (I'm assuming you were the one who wrote that guide) is the guide for updating from nougat to oreo or updating an Oreo firmware to the latest?

I just update my guide, the sample I wrote it was emui 8.x because I'm already at oreo. but procedure is same the only thing change is recovery, on oreo called Recovery Ramdisk on nougat called just recovery, please check the updated article here the screenshot.

Did you install all Xiaomi drivers using MiFlash and disabled driver signature?
Did you also unlock the critical partitions?
Try one of the batch files from the stock rom via command prompt. E.g. flash_all.bat, which worked for me as MiFlash did not want to do the job, too. Unlock critical is needed though.
The only way to flash was in EDL/Test Point mode. I opened the phone but you can use a Xiaomi deep flash cable (EDL cable).

Hello first of all sorry for my bad english,
I update to Android Pie (From Netherlands VPN) and works fine but when i tried to install stock rom 8.1 with Mi Flash Tool my phone freezes, when i tried to flash the Nougat official firmware from Mi Flash tool my SIM CARD IS LOCKED, the only way to get my phone working is Android Pie BETA via Fastboot. I saw a tutorial with someone said to flash the nougat with EDL but i dont know what EDL is...

Flash this If you stuck on fastboot or soft brick

Hi so I been seeing many people getting stuck on fastboot after flashing ROM so here is the method u can use if u can't boot to TWRP also.
I have tired on PA ROM and it works so idk about others ROMs ..
fastboot flash dtbo dtbo.img
fastboot flash logo logo.img
fastboot flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash misc misc.img (u can get on fastboot rom not .zip)
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (recommend used twrp-3.3.1-2-davinci-fix).. Russian one
And after those comands do run TWRP auto installer.
U can find those files from fastboot stock ROM. This will save ur data and u won't needed to flash Stock ROM ..
Hope I explained everything if anything else needed comment down below.
Hi, i'm stuck in this fastboot limbo but can't find some of these files you mentioned: logo.img and misc.img
Where do i get them?
edit: nevermind, solved flashing fastboot miui with miflash pro.
EDIT 2: after flashing a rom i get stuck in fastboot everytime. How to avoid this?
Also tried flashing those files in that exact sequence but still stuck in fastboot.
My persist.img is shown not writable in cmd if I try to flash it. If I flash a rom using TWRP an error pops up saying "failed to mount /persist' (Invalid Argument).
SOLVED- Flashing persist.img from twrp "Install Image" works.

Hi, please follow this setups and it should be fine .
If you run into errors flashing fastboot images to your device, edit the .bat files that came with it. Usually you want to edit "flash_all.bat"
For "Missmatching image and device":
Remove the lines highlighted in the screenshot from the file, save and try flashing it again.
For Antirollback Error:
Remove ALL lines ABOVE the highlighted lines in the screenshot from the file, save and try flashing it again.
Always make sure that you got the right image for your device. Removing check lines from these files can permanently brick your device if you use the wrong fastboot image.

You're able to flash miui 11 after such long time or just 9.8.15?

relock bootloader

I have Mi 9T Global version Rom ; i unlocked the bootloader and flash Rom EEA european
all work fine now i need help relockin bootloader
If you relock your bootloader, it will format all your data.
You only have to type this fastboot command:
Code:
fastboot oem lock
And if the phone doesn't reboot itself:
Code:
fastboot reboot
