This device has different names in different countries: J2 Prime; J2 Ace; Grand Prime Plus.
Supported Models:
SM-G532G
SM-G532F
SM-G532M
SM-G532MT
above variant with /DS is also supported (ex. SM-G532G/DS)
If you have 2 SIM cards, set both of them to 2G, then your desired one to LTE or 3G, then select a SIM card in the Settings for Cellular data for mobile data.
This phone only supports LTE + 2G configuration.
Working
Boot
RIL (Calls, SMS, Data)
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Hotspot.
Sensors. (Prox, Accelerometer)
Audio, Video, Media.
ADB, MTP.
Brightness.
Camera (Front, Rear, Flashlight), but NOT Video.
LiveDisplay.
GPS
FM Radio
Signature Proofing for MicroG.
Not Working / Bug
Video Recording. Footej Camera works (somehow!)
3.5" Headphone not work (it detects Headphone, but still plays audio on speaker. Bluetooth Headphone works)
VoLTE. Literally no Samsung phone has VoLTE working on AOSP ROM...
Encryption
Terrible battery. REALLY TERRIBLE.
Lag when playing 720p60 or 1080p (or higher) videos. Software Encoding can only do so much.
Phone very rarely just freezes. Just force restart by quickly taking out battery and reinsert.
(bug) If you have 2 active SIM cards, you have to configure manually to:
Disable Cellular data for at least 1 SIM (Settings > Data Usage).
Set at least 1 SIM's preferred network to 2G (Settings > SIM cards > SIM x Settings).
Select 1 SIM card for mobile data (Settings > SIM cards > Cellular data)
If you find any unmentioned bugs, mention me. Any logs of those bugs are appreciated; but mentioning it with reproduction should suffice.
Issues should be posted:

The orientation is certainly not working yet as it uses some of MM samsung libraries. (In fact, Wi-Fi/BT is too, have to use patch from Doogee X5Pro)
Haven't tried Proximity/Accelerometer yet.
E: pretty sure I am going to fix main stuffs first like audio, media, MTP, Lock Screen Security (because I removed keystore lib to boot this phone, can use porridge's too) and the hardest which is RIL/Telephony as this phone is the first of a kind.

little push. (just want to get some dev in works because summer is coming near to ending here :< )

Keep up the good work my guy!

Add to working/not working list:
Camera
Internal microphone
Radio
Headphone
Btw, is Bluetooth working 100% fine? Because in the XenonHD ROM of Melekpro i wasn't able to send a picture from another phone to the J2 Prime.

the latter one. I have my laptop for everything already, but I can't live without YouTube and updated Samsung Internet lol (is currently the only one with true Dark Mode, and I'm more of a night owl)
To be fair, I'm still using a 2 GB SD card I bought 7 years ago, so (except EFS,) TWRP backups are no go to me ~

I'm still using it normally though. But melek reported that too and I'm working on that.
Still stuck at why RIL/telephony/baseband/IMEI does not behave (I cannot find any logs related to those, except nvram (nvdata?) not mounted/read correctly)

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
This thread is for Unofficial LineageOS 13.0 builds for klimtlte (SM-T705). The following will not be supported here:
Custom kernels
Mods
Xposed
I don't support Xposed and any logcat which includes a Xposed module will be ignored. You're kindly invited to not report bugs if you:
Flashed a custom kernel
Installed or did mods from untrusted sources
Modified system files
First time flashing LineageOS 13.0 on your device, or coming from another ROM?

About the camera, I would venture to say that what they mean by posting "camera" under the topic "Bugs", is because the hardware does not yet have a driver for the Marshmallow based software? Thus my guess is that no 3rd party app would work. I think this way because if a 3rd party camera app did work, they would have mentioned that in the OP and besides it makes no sense that a 3rd party app would work and the stock camera app not, right?
Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
Camera doesnt work means there is a problem when trying to link camera's hardware so all app that uses the camera (3rd party cameras, skype, etc) cant commect to the camera's hardware .
There are 2 minor issues in the latest build:
Issue #1: There is a lag with the sound. Sometimes the sound works well as it should, but most of the time there is a huge lagg when putting up volume. Some of the ui sounds play 10 seconds later. Here is a video of demonstration: https://youtu.be/qwE5JukYPHI
Issue #2: There are graphical glitches sometimes. The device os stuck on a screen and you have to wait until system ui stops and reopens. This does not happen so often, but it happens. Video of demonstration: https://youtu.be/ht-v1OWgeNg
Anyone else here who can report these issues?
Sorry for the bad video quality, but my old tablet only got a 5MP Camera to record.
If you need any logcats or specific logs, just let me know and I will help you.

Hmm, I don't know if my ril actually works at all (I don't have a Sim), but there is progress because it detects the radio now, which it didn't in older builds.

It detects the SIM card, but mobile data doesn’t work. I didn’t test calls/text messages.
Thanks for the great job, deadman!
I just don't find the newer builds, could someone give me a hint/link? Or do I need to build it myself from the repo?

Here you go: http://sean.sspencer10.com/klimtlte/
Thanks, I tried both newer ones (29/3 and 1/3) today.
My feedback:
Both are not working on my device, even after a complete Wipe:
If I flash just the ROM (and Modem before) it starts to the Screen "Starting Apps", hangs there for about 10 minutes, then the Bootscreen comes again and that stays (at least for an hour when I turned off).
When flashing the pico-version of OpenGApps right afterwards (and Wipe Dalvik/Cache) I get to see the PIN-Entrry for my SIM (so ril runs obviously), at the same time I get a message that Media has been closed (crash), the a message that System UI has been closed, then Media again an off it goes: Bootscreen forever again.
If I can provide further Information please let me know. I haven't tried a larger OpenGApp-Package, does that might help?
Edit: This problem occurs just with the build 20160229, the newer build 20160301 works, but there ril is not working again (so probably you know about the problem already).
I am using the TWRP klimtwifi recovery. Is it possible that this prevents me from installing the latest unofficial build? I get an error in TWRP telling me my tablet is klimtwifi although I know that it is a SM-T705.
And can anyone point me to a working klimtwifi TWRP recovery?
EDIT: found it under the link in post #16.
And I got now the 0307 one installed but IMEI is still unknown.
03/01 works but i still have no sim card
03/07 and 03/08 hang at the samsung screen, on a clean flash and ive tried upgrading from 03/01

[removed] ANT+ was only partially working and caused battery drain (it seems)
[battery] disabled both ANT (see above) and a few unneeded kernel features that might have caused a bit of draining issues, this should be better now ! :good:
[stability] overall cleanup (overlays, values, etc..)
[gestures] CMActions was cleaned and a few bugs were fixed, the gestures are now enabled/disabled by a switch but remains customisable when you press on them :good:
[misc] adb is not root by default anymore (this might help those who play PoGo) use the dev settings to change that
Build 11 (Release Candidate 1) : Download
(I told you I wouldn't release a beta next time)
changelog :
[bugfix] wifi hotspot is working (both in secured and unsecured AP mode)
[bugfix] fix the back button not being active at first touch when home was pressed to wake the device (elexogic)
[bugfix] back button vibration renabled
[improvement] Gestures are fully customisable now, choose what app/action is triggered (thanks elexogic again)
[kernel] general updates, config_aio disabled for security
[battery] IOscheduler reverted to "deadline" for better battery life
[stability] wifi, mobile, bluetooth, gps stability improved (blobs update to 5.1.10G)
Build 10 (latest beta before stable ) :
Download
(changelog : trully fixed back button for all M2 Note variants)
Issues
Data on second sim in a dual-sim configuration. (hardware limitation)
If you find a bug please check if there's no issue already mentioning it and create one with details and logs here : Bug reports @ Github issues
BUT FIRST :
Do a clean install first, wipe everything.
Make sure you don't use modifications (flash clean, try again)
Check the closed issues
Check google first, there might already be solutions
Explain and give details, add logs as much as possible
How to install:
It's usually a good idea to download the newest build version. Just install it via recovery. I tested it on TWRP but it should also work on other recoveries.
You will also need gapps if you want to use Google services. stock OpenGApps - use the arm64 versions.
How to install TWRP - I don't support unlocking bootloader, installing TWRP or the ROM, you should know what you do first or start learning.

Hello, I just fixed the second simcard I'll upload a clean build during the night so :
easy fix : wait tomorrow, flash beta 2
"I'm not gonna wait" fix : flash the rom, edit /system/build.prop
and delete the line :
(line ~148)
"persist.radio.multisim.config=dsdsro.mediatek.platform=MT6735"
Edit :
m-back button is off.

INTRODUCTION
I picked up the work that @Schischu and @malosasha have done and plan on improving it with the work i have done on the lineage base.
For now i will only be building for chagallltetmo but this build can be flashed on chagalllte (T805) you will just not have working data/calling/texting due to changes i did to support the T-Mobile variant.
Maybe in the future i will build it for more. If anyone would like to build the other variants i am open to it and it can share this op if desired.

Questions:
-if the T807T bootloader is a requirement, how would it work on T805? I imagine possibility for catastrophe if the wrong bootloader is flashed amiright?
-Could you comment on t805w bootoader w.r.t this requiement?

Kitkat bootloaders do not work anymore so you must upgrade to a lollipop based one. If your on a lollipop one no matter what model you are fine. T805W specifically you can flash this fine you just will not get any form of data/calling/texting same as T805. I put it in the OP because not everyone updates the bootloader.
I think I love you
EDIT: Ok just flashed this. Installed smoothly.
Your OP was correct that it defaulted to 3G, but when I change it to LTE it shows that I have bars but no LTE and connecting to the web says I am not online. Is LTE not working at all?

huh mine take a bit after switch to LTE to actually display but it does after a little bit. But i am still working to make ril more stable currently the telephony code is not reading the modem properly so its all over the place signal wise.
i'm following this.. how are you guys doing to so far on this rom? ill flash once all is sorted out.. are you guys getting 4g? all else working? what about a phone dial pad? how is it on t-mobile?

Thanks for the update. You were right, it took a while for it to switch over to LTE but it did, it doesnt show bars but it shows LTE. A speed test shows it works but not at full speeds. Will stick with HSPA for now as its faster than the LTE im getting.

Thanks for getting back to me yeah its a bit derpy still just glad it works for now.
An issue I found that wasn't listed has to do with the fingerprint scanner. When setting up a fingerprint for unlock, it is detected and works, but once stored and trying to use the scanner on the unlock screen, nothing. Also trying to remove stored fingerprints crashes the settings app.
Wireless Disconnect
Wireless seems to drop after being connected for a bit and will not let you search for an ssid until you turn it off and then back on again. Battery life is insane and everything else is buttery smooth! You brought life back to this tablet, it sucks we can't use any of the well known roms..or can we?
Thank you so much Deadman for the work on this. Are you planning on mantaining this or do you want us to move to another ROM as well? I don't particularly care for the Cell features as I do a functional stable rom .
Just installed, rom works great... some intermittent in and out on T-mobile network. I have tried everything from Nougat on Lineage to AOKP and neither of them boot.
Iron Man boots but I cant get LTE.
Looking forward to future updates and development on this ROM.
Thanks for Hard Work.

I'm excited to know I can get android 11 on my m30, even though I wanted something lightweight, is the rom rooted? Is there fm radio app? What is the way to download it? When it gets to a point, the download says forbidden, so I have to start all over, it does not continue.

It would be really helpful if you could upload the rom file on some other website like mediafire or mega. Thank you very much. Google drive says "

A custom kernel won't fix secondary cameras. Either some workaround can, or newer camera blobs from Samsung.
I tried this rom on my M30. It works great, it's lightweight bloat free and runs smoothly. I have a 4g sim so I've chosen experimental 4g in setup of Rom installation. Only one bug I found is that I can run 4g/volte internet on my device but when I try to make a call, the network get lost all of a sudden & it shows no service where my Sim card name appears, and after few seconds my signal gets back. It happens whenever I try to make a call so I am unable to call anyone while using this Rom. Any solution would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've successfully installed this ROM in my Galaxy M205F. VOLTE doesn't work instead for JIO SIM users in India you can use Jio Call App for calling, it works fine but for that your cellular data must be turned on. Other settings work totally fine. If I find any issue furthermore I'll give info.
Thank you so much @VDavid003.
How to use secure folder in this rom?
Does it feature dual speaker mod?
When will 0.9.6 be released?
Hi, I can't connect in mobile network, someone have this problem too, and know how to solve?

Introduction
LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 12 (S), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

this is my logcat sir. just wanna report again. it getting hot randomly when i doesnt use it.
Thx for reporting your issue, but according to your logs it is chrome/chromium that keeps crashing...
Nvm, there is a lot going on, which I dont understand...
*but gapps are in there a lot.
@SirRGB i use mindthegapps 🫠🫠 i disable many builtin apps. i change jelly browser to chrome, aosp camera i change with google camera from store. nvm? do you mean my network? if yes, my network provider going crazy yesterday, i lose many many times lte network. as you mention that chrome going crash, i never get a notification my chrome force close or anything. but right, i fell little bit hotter after installed chrome. and last night griffin get hot when charging reach 80%. its weird. this is all happening after i dirty flashed 2nd build. well, i'll change the gapps with clean flash and i'll report again. thanks for helping me.
iam so sorry dissapoint you. but after i posted last comment. my network totally gone. really gone. even i searching it manualy. no one network showing up. nothing. so i decide to flash to stockrom via fastboot to see what happen with my. and surprise my network come after done.
update:
i can confirm that network problem on my griffin is not from LOS 19.1. i've tried on many custom rom such /e/, LOS 18.1, 17.1. When my network is gone. It cannot searching anymore. but, reboot system can solve the problem. IDK why, but i never faced this problem on custom rom without vendor e.g OMNIROM 9 or stockrom.
Ok, good to know. I didnt actively use it and just tested the basic functions...
I really hope you had a backup of efs/persist/modem since that could be your issue...

my other moto z (bootloader locked with stock 8.0 rom) also have the similiar same problem like you: random and sudden signal missing, and restart to fix it, IDK but i think its some hardware issue for my moto z, because with my daily moto z (bootloader unlock, carbon rom 10) never have the missing signal problem, and i have try lots of custom rom

I'm using telkomsel, also if I'm remember correctly, re-insert the sim card will fix this sudden random signal missing, the only thing that i havent test: using the 2nd simcard slot
update:
using more than one week. i change chrome with bromite and use nikgapps. idk but my network problem has gone. but im stick with 4g only now. no phone calls no problem i never use it. i know eta is not allowed. but i hope for the update. latest build deserve official status.
3.18 and below cant get official lineage 19/20/..., so that wont ever happen unless someone backports bpf.
I still dont know selinux and dont know if it is worth it to investigate...
Havent changed anything source wise, so rebuilding wouldnt fix anything. Might do another build with the new security patch once it is released.
Thx for reporting and using it
Feel free to report any issues and share logs.

what about mokee? i think they are accept. i saw griffin still got update but no maintainer. honestly, i dont have any skill about coding or anything. just appreciate your amazing work. you very kind, still care to our device.
I think they mostly buildbot .i.e. they take the official lineage trees and build based on that. However I can go for arrow os community. In that case I dont have to worry about sepolicy for now and we all can enjoy monthly ota updates...
found a patch, that makes the network monitor work, will be included in the next build...

If you meant my device tree that was probably just my rebase i.e. I cleaned up the commit history a little.
