Z30 xcsource development?

Hi everyone, I just got a Z30 link and I would like to start messing with it.
Firstly put some nice watchfaces lets say.
But there is nowhere to find anyone with information about it.
I tried some software you suggest here, Maui META recognizes it, but cannot take backup and flash tool needs extra settings file??
Sorry for my ignorance, but I have never before used a smartwatch so it's pitch black for me

I received this watch as well. The OS seems very limited, as compared to reviews I see for the eg DZ09. The notifications don't pull down, the icons can't be arranged, and if you try to reply to an SMS from the notification the keyboard does not appear. I've successfully performed a readback and created a backup using the readback extractor by Golem_ but I can't get any other firmware to work (boot sound but then nothing on the screen)
I would love to be able to load a different rom to get the full functioning OS, it seems odd to be stripped down like it is considering it appears to have the full 128Mb NOR Flash and the newer MTK6260A CPU.

Yes I tried but none of the watchfaces were in the resource dump of the ROM.

Lemfo K1

Hello,
I bought the above smartwatch afew months ago.
Last week accidentally I changed the watch's resolution to HD and now the digitizer doesn't work and I cannot change it back to normal resolution.
Does anyone know how to do a hard reset on the watch?
Does anyone know a software that i can use in order to reset the smartwatch from my pc?

I have Lemfo K1 as well. Try to flash firmware from Q1 (look like same watch). Now I have a "brick".Watch doesn't switched ON.
Please anyone can upload original firmware for K1 or help me how to back up my watch back!

Hello Barmenchik, i tried to make a backup of the stock rom of my Lemfo K1, but i don't know if it's usable.
I will upload it once i have time (maybe this evening).
As far as i know the Lemfo K1 Firmware is more like a KingWear KW88 like a Finow Q1.

when you flashed the q1 rom did you unmark the preload?

you'll have to flash the rom again if you can't access the settings.

OMG. No. It was tick.. Thats mean my watch go to the bin?
But it was Firmware Upgrade and I cant un tick Preload. Preload I can untick only in Format All + Download , but I didn't flash via that mode..

try to flash again but this time format the watch before you flash the rom and unmark the preloader.

Now, watch every sec connect/disconnect..
SP Flash Tools show me ERROR S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL (4032)

It took a little time, but here is my Backup of the Lemfo K1 Stock ROM V06: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B3m8CCL9zH-EOUFhM2c1ZTl2Y1k?usp=sharing
It's not complete - the userdata Image is about 6 GB (i think mostly empty). If you need it, i can also provide it. And there's no nvram image inside the zip (i don't want to share my IMEI).
But as I said: I don't know, if the Backup is usable. I took the scatter file from a No.1 D6 and compared the adresses and sizes with my /proc/partinfo. Only userdata had different adress and size.

Scatter file is from No.1 D6, but I modified the userdata address and size according to my /proc/partinfo. The other addresses and sizes are the same as in my /proc/partinfo so I leave them untouched. Then I used "Readback" to create the Image files.
On the "Download" Tab you have to select the file in every line with a click in the field "Location". Then you are able to tick the checkboxes.
The preloader file seems suspect. Perhaps it's not enough to save the partition as image. I try to get more infos about extracting a loader.bin.

Did you started it with admin rights? Maybe it's necessary.

yes.I try with Admin and without.. I think problem is, now my PC can't properly connect to watch. Every 2 sec watch connected and after disconected and again and again...

My first USB Cable was weak. Try to change it and try another USB Port.
What OS are you using? The ZIP file in my Google Drive contains CDC drivers for Win7/8/10 - signed, as far as i remember.

All drivers ok.Before was ok.Try to change cable. Also before when I flash that Q1 rom, if u switch off your watch and connect to Pc they starting charge with icon battery on screen, now No. Nothing on the screen...

Worst case I would disassemble the back cover and disconnect the battery to reset the Watch. You can also check the pins under the back cover if they have proper contact.

also, how would i go about getting the IMEI for this thing? do i need to put some sim card in it before it will give me that? I'd like to do.. whatever i can to this thing, most specificially though, change the watch faces. It has a computerized analog clock, i'd rather it show some sort of nifty digital..

That's the thing, with it being chinese with english language. I'm not completely sure. The info there says it's "A1", and it matches the watches called that, on youtube. So, i guess?

If it's a "A1" clone I'm very interesting by your firmware !!!
I trashed mine stupidly before having the full dump completed and now I'm stuck with another ROM that cause my screen/touch screen to be inverted!
You need to install the MTK usb drivers under micro$oft windows + the flash tool https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_hRh3DjuBoeeUk3azBBU0ZvSXc/view?usp=sharing
The first thing to do is a "readback" backup => you will get a 4MB dump of the firmware. Keep it safe!
If you want to try the "test ram" feature, be careful to suppress the NOR test (because it will destroy your firmware) .
You can use the config file from https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B_hRh3DjuBoeZktTVXJrWms1U1k to feed the flashtool, but dont "download" neither "format", it will destroy your firmware!

Well, if i can pull out a copy of the files, i don't mind sharing them. However I'm not going to do it if there's nothing useful to me. Are there files to. do anything to my watch? Can i change the faces as i want? Add other apps? Unlock the device? It has a sim card slot, i ordered a card from the free company "freedompop" i plan to try in it, but i'm not sure how it's going to go.

Concerning watch faces, is it easly, thanks to Golem, for MT6260 models => https://forum.xda-developers.com/smartwatch/other-smartwatches/watch-vxp-files-t3437311
But it is still ongoing / difficult /maybe impossible for MT6261 models with 4MB ROM / 32 MB RAM.
What is your models (check with the Flashtool / RAM test and don't forget to uncheck the box for the NOR test) ?

Notice that only few will work due to hardware variety of clones.

I used *#8375# on the one I just got and came up with the exact match to what OP posted.
Managed to get a Readback on the Rom and formed a back up with the flashtool.

How to recover data after factory reset

My Samsung M30s was factory resetted accidentally, I had no cloud backup for gallery pics, (which are more important) .
I tried connecting thru couple of android recovery software from PC, but none of them seems to connect the phone even aftet enabling usb debugging also.
Any way possible way to get data back.

Take it to a data recovery specialist that can access the chipset directly.
Even if they can access the files not overwritten already they will be sortable by file type only with no exif data, no time stamp, nothing.
Hundreds, thousands of jpegs from apps, downloads etc mixed in with the you want if they are even still there. You have to recreate the chronologic order from memory after you separate them out one by one from all the other ones.

I checked with local chip level data recovery person here in Hyderabad, they said new Samsung phones have different file structures as there is no user partion system data in new series of phones.
So data recovery after factory reset is not possible.
Anyone have some references in Hyderabad pls do share or DM me pls.

At present I'm looking for other options to root the phone and try with Dr. Fone recovery.

Don't waste your money with Dr f.
Rooting it likely cause more data damage or worse.
Set it aside for now but more likely than not that data is lost.
Personally I would have already wrote it off.

Hi, i created a version of one ui 4.1 for samsung galaxy a10,
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. BOOT UP YOUR PHONE TO RECOVERY
2. FLASH System_Repartitioner_4000MB, be careful, do it with an sd card otherwise all the files will disappear, it will go back to recovery on its own as soon as it's done.
3. FLASH Vendor_Repartitioner_680MB, AS IN THE FIRST IT WILL RETURN TO RECOVERY BY ITSELF.
4. AS THE LAST FILE YOU MUST FLASH OneUI_4.1_Galaxy_A10_Arm64_Apks WHICH IS THE ROM. JUST IT'S FINISHED DO WIPE CACHE AND REBOOT NOW, IT WILL TAKE 5-10 MINUTES TO REBOOT, GOOD LUCK!

Hi can i ask you for a favor, i am using galaxy m20, i am finding for 2 months for a zip to resize my system into 4GB and vendor into 500MB (mine system is 3346MB and vendor is 404MB right now) i only find 1 way that's called "parted" but i am scared of it cause i am not a developer like you and others, is there any possibility to use your system and vendor repartitionar and is it gonna work on my device somehow? please help me, if its easy for you then please made one for galaxy m20 if you can,Thanks in advanced

It doesn't work saying wrong device, please fix it

One small issue though
The sound on some apps is broken ( Spotify and Chrome )
