Samsung Galaxy Tab E T377W add another localization language - Samsung Galaxy Tab E Questions & Answers

Hi
I have a tablet T377W.
I reflashed it on SaboorROM.
How can I add another localization language to it?
I need Russian or Ukrainian.
I tried the application Morelocale 2, but the translation is not completely (the settings remain in English) and disappears after a reboot.
How to leave at least a partial translation?

Help:Changing Language From German To English

I decided to change my CMC code to ODT to match my German ROM to see if I can use Kies for updating firmware. However, now everything is in German I cannot find where the place is in settings to change to english. Can someone help me please locate the place? I am running ICS and should have made a note where in settings to change the language first. If you can open settings and give instructions how to reach the line which changes the language that would be great.
Many thanks
I managed to find a video on You Tube showing how to change the language and did it that way.

system language is ROM dependent, force changing only changes the language for supporting 3rd party apps. If you can find a custom ROM with your language included, it will work.
maybe root and change language in build.prop
Hello and let me get to the details straight away ...
Would it be possible (to all LG V20 phone users ..) to submit somewhere on the system forum of the "framework-res.apk" .. ??
The case concerns the translation of a language and more to know if there is any language of my region (... somewhere on the other version of the phone "us996" "vs995", etc.),
because I bought "LG V20 h910 AT & T" and he does not have my native language (Polish),
morelelocate etc. does not work (because what a miracle it should work, as in the system there is probably no Polish language, files "values-pl" and the like ...), and the most is the main settings of the android.
Changing the rom from h910 to another is on the table, but I would like the android "Nougat" with "ARB 0" not necessarily "Oreo": /
When I manage to compile and build correctly (with tests in the system) language files, it is possible that I will translate the part manually / about 1500 lines: {
Sorry for my english. No from in locate:/

Language not changing/ language bug.

Recently, I've been trying to learn a new language, which is German, and I thought that changing my phone's language into German will help me. When I did so, I realized there are only a few words changed into German and like 98% of my phone is still in English. I deleted English language, but still nothing changed. I tried wiping the cache in recovery mode but still no luck...Anybody else experienced this? Any way to fix it? By the way, it's the same whichever language I choose. Only the same words change...and the rest is in English. I have Android 9 Pie on my Galaxy S8.
