HUAWEI P10 Lite help to unlock after LCD replacement - Huawei P10 Lite Questions & Answers

Hello,
I'm new to this forum, so please excuse me if this is not correct section to post.
I'm more used to Samsung and ODIN, first time i encounter this situation with Huawei
Here is the situation.:
Had to replace a LCD of a Huawei P10 Lite for a client. (WAS-LX1A model)
I did it, without issue...
Tested the replacement LCD (without glue it) display OK touchscreen OK
It went to the welcome screen asking for the PIN code to unlock the screen/
Ok so i turn it off.
Finish the replacement fix
Turning it back i got infinite loopboot ... showing HUAWEI logo , and rebooting all the times....
Trying to go to recovery mode holding VOL+ VOL- without success
The only key giving a reaction is VOL- going to FASTBOOT
This is the information i got the first time i went to FASTBOOT
FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE
Please Connect USB cable to your computer and open HiSuite
( i did it but the phone is NOT detected in HiSuite,
but the phone is recognized on my Devices Manager of my Windows 10 laptop
under the name
KEDACOM USB DEVICE
> Android Bootloader Interface
so to continue what i had on my screen 1st time i went into Fastboot
FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE
Please Connect USB cable to your computer and open HiSuite
Android reboot reason:
coldboot 16
NA
volumnkey_down_press_process_func
Phone Locked
FRP Lock
Click to collapse
:'(
I don't understand why i get the FRP lock, usually its when you format and try to bypass the password of the google account (usually occuring when trying to ovveride this protection with stolen smartphones...) but here its not the case.
A few minutes before the smartphone asked me to encode the PIN code of unlocking screen (for my client its not a schema its a PIN code) i just tried 2 numbers and i even not validated my input i just turned off the phone ....
Well anyway, no when i go again in the fastboot the message is different and is always this one now
FASTBOOT&RESCUE MODE
Please Connect USB cable to your computer and open HiSuite
Android reboot reason:
AP_S_PMU 144
ocp_ldo17 ocp_ldo31

Code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot devices
2XJ7N17406000665 fastboot
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>
but any other command (except fastboot reboot) fails,

OKAY [ 0.736s]
writing 'recovery_ramdisk'...
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.748s
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>
....So what should i do next ?
Enabling the Developer Debbung USB option in the menu of the smartphone ?
How come ? the phone can't boot android so i can't access the options menu ..... :'(
Thanks in advance for you help

Try this - https://forum.xda-developers.com/p10-lite/development/service-rom-b362-c432-upgrade-o-o-n-o-t3813946

Same problem, I have changed LCD and the touch does not work if I restart, if I do it in hot it works.
Does anyone know any solution? Thanks

Huawei Software installing Loop!

Hey, i tried to install the android 6.0 beta from this forum, but i was rooted, now its stuck in a loop where it turns off, turns on and tries to install it and fails at 0%, and again. I can enter Fastboot/rescue mode and thats it. I tried to flash recovery boot and system.img in adb and fastboot, but it shows this:

Help pls. I tried everything...
System.img flash failed after 2 mins now too. Still no idea.
Looks like you've used the KingRoot method to root your phone.
Flashing via fastboot requires the fastboot to be unlocked.
The message "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)" indicates, that the script tried to execute the command, but because the bootloader is still locked, it cannot do such thing.
There are 2 solutions:
Download the original firmware and try to update to it via the "dload" method. (sdCard>dload>UPDATE.APP)
Try to unlock the bootloader. But for unlocking, you'll need the Product ID, which as of now, only obtainable, when the phone is able to boot up.
I really recommend trying to download the firmware, and give the "dload" method a shot, because without an unlocked bootloader, nothing you can do at home.
Right, it's almost nothing. There's this site called DC-Unlocker, and with a fast runthrough, it should be able to unlock the bootloader, but I haven't tried, or tested it in any way. Still an interesting program, though.
Edit:
Just saw your post under the other similar topic.
You should try to do a Factory Reset, by hand, via fastboot, and then updating with the "dload" method again.
The commands are:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot erase userdata
Maybe this helps.

Ive got all the informations for getting the bootloader unlock code, but when i type it in the thing by huawei to get the unlock code it tells me that its wrong... I could get it here if you could help me with it?
Hello,
I'd like to request a bootloader unlock code for my Huawei device
Information:
Product: HUAWEI ALE-L21
SN:
IMEI:Nvm
Product IDups.
Thank you!
So, this is the e-mail i sent to Huawei, they couldnt help me. Everything here is directly from the phone itself, so i dont think its wrong.
With the Product ID, you can get the code, but the details above are wrong, more precisely one of them, which is the Phone Name
Try it without the HUAWEI, it should look like this: "ALE-L21" (without the " of course).
If it somehow would not work for you, I sent you a PM with your unlock code in it.
Note: I recommend not to publish your information like this. The phone is blockable with the IMEI remotely by the service providers or the police. Please remove them for your own safety.
Tried the update again, now flashing doesnt even work.

my device axon7 2017G.
If you never connected the A7 to your computer and sent the fastboot command "fastboot oem unlock" to your device, it's still locked.
Additionally, when you reboot into bootloader, it'll display the lock status on the screen.

Hello i rooted My device with the axon7 root tutorial, ADB reboot edl and axon7root.exe and so on.
After that method is the bootloader locked or unlocked?
If i reboot in fastboot modus, there is only a zte Android sign, nothing lock status in screen.

Rooting with axon7root.exe does not unlock your bootloader. If you never followed this guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/axon-7/how-to/guide-how-to-unlock-bootloader-stay-t3461165) or never sent the fastboot command "fastboot oem unlock" to your device, you're still locked.

SOLVED[ALE-21 rooted] Only able to access eRecovery and Fastboot when cable connected

EDIT: Issue has been resolved
I managed to get the bootloader unlocked and root the phone before. But then i got a bit carried away and installed adAway incorrectly. Which got me into a bootloop.
I freaked out, and i ended up messing things up even further by trying to restore the phone.
I did perform a backup in TWRP. But this backup did not help at all.
Then i tried using fastboot to relock the bootloader. The reason for this would be so that i could use the eRecovery.
That did not work.
I have used both Minimal ADB and P8lite Multitool.
None of these tools detect my phone unless i put it into fastboot manually.
If i try to reboot through the tools, it will reboot, but only to the Huawei logo and stay there.
I have been able to flash the very latest rom from Sokkoban http://forum.xda-developers.com/p8lite/general/rom-emui-4-0-android-6-0-ale-t3505108
(thank you by the way for all the hard work)
But when i try to relock (with update.app in the dload folder) i keep getting errors.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>adb.exe reboot recovery
error: no devices/emulators found
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot oem lock XXXXXXXXXXXX

My stock buildnumber is (was?) ALE-L21C432B574. I still haven't found the proper stock rom.
I can see 2 IMEI numbers, so i guess this is a dual sim?
I have already got the phone replaced once. I don't know if i would be so lucky as to have it replaced once again, even though it is under warranty. Well technically it isn't. Nor was the other one.
I just wish to have this paperweight back in working order again.
TL;DR:
Power + Volume down = Fastboot
Power + Volume up = Nothing.
Volume up when in Fastboot = eRecovery. eRecovery will not download anything as the phone is rooted.
Reboot = Stuck in Huaweilogo.
Phone is not detected by HiSuite.
Edit: I did manage to find the stock rom (i think)

And i am back in business. The phone is no longer a brick, but it is not rooted.

HTC Desire 310 brick, bootloop, SPFlashTool failure - disconnect after few second

I have a big problem with my old phone. Well, I have a HTC Desire 310 which was not used for a long time, after launch stopped on the logo. Then I decided to install stock rom. I downloaded a rom from a Russian site, then installed the MediaTek USB VCOM drivers and the FlashTool SP program.
The problem is that I broke something that the phone has bootloop and at the bottom of the message "TOOL DL Image Fail!". When I try to flash the rom with the battery after 9 seconds to restart and without battery after 2 seconds and disappears from the device manager.
I do not remember if this phone had administrator privileges
I downloaded various versions of FlashTool and drivers from different sources and nothing
Does anyone have any ideas what else can be done?
I used these guides:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help/tuto-how-to-unbrick-htc-desire-310-dual-t3057203
https://forum.xda-developers.com/general/rooting-roms/guide-mediatek-spflashtool-failure-t2936933
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1982587
PS. Please excuse my English, if someone does not understand something I will try to explain more clearly.
I solved part of the problem. After many attempts to install rom. The next problem is unlocking the bootloader.
There are further problems. To enter fastboot I was write adb reboot-bootloader into the console (volume - and power not working).
Then a black screen appears and a small inscription FASTBOOT mode... .
When I enter the command fastboot device my device is visible but after entering command fastboot oem get_identifier_tokenit three dots appear and nothing happens
Another problem is the incorrect CID. I do not know if you have to download the bootloader first or change the CID
Currently, in fastboot mode, no commands work except fastboot devices.
I get errors when I type fastboot getvar:
Code:
fastboot: getvar version
fastboot out: getvar:version FAILED (remote: not support on security)
finished. total time: 0.002s
fastboot: getvar version-bootloader
fastboot out: getvar:version-bootloader FAILED (remote: not support on security)
finished. total time: 0.002s
fastboot: getvar version-main
fastboot out: getvar:version-main FAILED (remote: not support on security)
finished. total time: 0.003s
help
Exacty same problem. Someone please help what can i do?
Thank you very much

Seriously bricked Huawei P8 lite (rescue mode MSC.IMG)

Hello. My phone is accessible only via fastboot and rescue mode.
this appears on screen
func NO: 5 (mcu image)
error no : 1(security verify failed!)
1 .Flashing ROM with this commands is not working, otherwise flashing them is successful
fastboot flash boot BOOT.IMG
fastboot flash recovery RECOVERY.IMG
fastboot flash system SYSTEM.IMG command. *
fastboot flash cust CUST.IMG
2. Recovery option is not accessible
3. EMUI also is not working
4.Phone is unlocked
5.but most of fastboot adb commands are not executable
for instance:
-------- adb server is out of date. killing...
ADB server didn't ACK
* failed to start daemon *
error: unknown host service
-------C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot> fastboot oem lock
...
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.002s
6. My IMEI is gone
7. I can't replace mcu.img parition(in order to fix mcu image error), which is obviously the problem, nor boot.img,recovery.img, system.img and cust.img
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION !!!
I am in this situation, because my stock ROM had issues with battery, I tried to root device with wrong tool. Than I f****d my stock firmware, not a big deal, easily fixable in various ways. I reinstall and everything was OK, except the fact my IMEI was corrupted. I start a program in one video (please search in youtube " How To Fix Huawei Invailed Imei By Huawei Imei Fixer Tool" ,because I am new user and don't have permission to upload external links) and than inadvertently press number 7 which wasn't my model number. This is the reason why my phone is bricked. I know..... I suck, but please help me. Is my situation fixable or I just have to throw my phone away. Also I have a desire to bring this phone for repair, but only if there is some sense.
Please help me. Thank you. :crying:
