i have inadvertently deleted the original email and the original weatherclock-app. Is it possible, to get them back without a hard-reset? I used the Huawei-Update-Extractor to get the apk´s, but i can´t install them, its not possible...
any ideas?

I have a big problem.
After a hard reset (I wanted to install JS Landscape on My MDA2), the photo button doesn't work anymore.
If i want to specify the device apllication running with it, I can't find the soft for Photo

So, when you flash the rom (in my case MDA--->XDA2), if you have to do a Hard reset, you will lose every soft in the Extended Memory. :shock:
(callerID, Camera, Clearvue...)
The solution is to replace manually CAB Files, after making viewable Extended Memory folder.(It is possible with Extended rom viewer here)

I've got an irritating problem on my X1.
i cant copy/move/delete/install files on my phone.
when i try the phone tells me the file is already in use or its protected against overwriting (raw translation from dutch to english).
after a soft reset and clossing all the programs it still gives this error
and i cant find anything on google about this problem.

I would try using total commander to do it

If you can't install anything at all, I would start with a hard-reset, as it's obviously malfunctioning. If it still occurs after the reset, you had best send it back.

I need help trying to uninstall this program, i installed Milillicuttis Background, and when it asked me on my diamond where to install i installed on my internal storage, but the program messed up my clock and my call history so when i go to settings>remove programs> its not there!!! Amd I cant find it anymore and i think it might be because i downloaded the file on the internal storage! Some please help me find a way to remove it! I did several soft resets, and im trying to avoid from doing a hard reset!

yes can someone please come up with a solution to this?
First, try to delete all the folders of the program you istalled.
if it don't works, the final solution is an hard reset, but first backup all your files!
And the right program to do a backround as you wants is mUnbackgraund changer
P.S: when you install new mods, you have an hight risk of a hard reset

I am a total newbie and so have no idea what is spl, hard reset or ROM backup methods. But I tried many new softwarez on my phone and as a result they all screwed up my phone. I tried a new panel manager it totally screwed up the system. I uninstalled it and now I cann't change panels any more, when I press the X button it says Xpanel exe missing. Then I thought I will try spb shell 3.0 I installed it and it screwed up my contacts somehow. I uninstalled it too.
And now my phone sucks!!
I am trying to learn how to BackUp rom before I try someone elses ROM. Even though its is pretty complecated which one should I try? I was thinking of 6.5 but there are so many of them dont even know which one is the right one.
Anyway in the mean time that I learn, I was wondering if somebody knows how I can get my phone Xpanel back at least?

after I updatet my HD I wonder where the small bar moved i used to have in my SMS/Email programm. Is there a trick to restore it? Or What can i do to get it back?
