After updating to MIUI 10 9.3.10 developer option doesn't work for dark mode

I have a CM7 nightly build installed on a SD card and at first wifi was always enabled by default at boot up.
I tried using the Airplane Mode once and ever since then wifi comes up disabled at boot up even though I disabled airplane mode.
Enabling wifi manually works every time but how do I change it back?
its a bug in airplane mode, go download this free app "Android Assistant" and your see that you airplane mode is on. just uncheck it and you're good to go.
Yesterday I've update my CM on my Nexus 4.
During update, my n4 restart and get in bootloop ( see google logo, after that Display starts to blink bright and dark)
I can get into fastboot mode, but if I choose recovery mode, same problem appears. (google logo, after that display starts to blink bright and dark.
Anyone idea what I can do?

Try reflashing a stock rom.
After upgrading to OxygenOS 5.3.8 I enabled developer mode by tapping the build number, afterwards I wanted to turn it off by using the switch in the developer mode settings page, when I turn it off and exit the settings app the development mode is re-enabled I have tried rebooting the phone but the issue still persists,
Tested on a oneplus 3 with the latest updates and it his does not occur, tested on the previous OS version and not an issue
Can anyone recreate it? Oneplus' response is to factory reset the phone
I've updated my 6T to OxygenOS 10 successfully and factory reset my phone after the update as well. The phone now has a stuck yellow ting everywhere but on the lock screen?
Any have any idea whats gone wrong or how to fix it?
I'm in the same situation but then i tried changing display settings in below location
Display -->Screen calibration
In the Advanced setting you can go for
1.AMOLED Wide gamut
2. Display P3
Where you can avoid that yellow tint
sounds like night mode is on always on night mode did you have any magisk mods installed and if you use xxx rom you needed to uninstall and reinstall after you boot 10
I am running lineage os 17.1 on my phone but I hate dark mode. And I hate how it automatically turns on when you run on battery saver. Is there a root method or a non root method I can use to disable this?
