[Q] Remove standard "slide lock screen"

Please help me...
I just bought the htc legend. I love the pattern lock screen which I set, so that i have to make a combination to unlock the screen, but as it is, the standard "slide lock sreen" is also there!!! How can I remove the slide screen lock so ONLY my pattern unlock screen is activated??
Please advice........
You can't. Sorry (It really annoyed me too)
Have you tried app called Nolock ? it works perfectly - removing the lock screen.. not sure about the patern lock though.

It removes pattern lock too
I guess it's needed to allow the "Lock phone after" x mins of inactivity.
I've however replaced HTC's with the AOSP one, have the sound button to mute the ringer
If you replace the HTC lock screen by another, that means we can disable it I guess...
When I was on CM 6.1, I just got the pattern code directly when I woke up the phone, no lockscreen !
You replace it so you can delete it right ?
I Guess I'm not helping, but i'm on one of the last ROM's (CM7 B2) and I only get the pattern unlock...
I don't understand why you would want no lockscreens at all (if that's what you're after)...
no just the pattern. So you don't have to slide down the lock screen and then make your code. It's an habit and it doesn't bother me much, but it's just a bit more quick without the slide lockscreen.
What ROM are you running now? Or is it the standard version of android?
I'm using BlaY0 B.07, sense based (otherwise there would be an option to remove the lockscreen).
What I don't understand though, is why can I replace my lockscreen, but can't remove it and keep the pattern code.
Or maybe the lockscreen I flashed (cryshop's, for sense only) is including the pattern code...

Can you create a security pattern and remove unlock screen

I like the idea of having a security pattern lock on my phone, but what I hate about the X10 (or it's an android thing) is if I do the security pattern I still have to slide the slider over to unlock the screen. Is there a way to configure this so I just use the unlock/security pattern as my unlock screen.
You guys understand what I mean?!

alot of custom ROMS, you don't have to slide anything if you have pattern/password/PIN lock on. when you wake the screen you are greeted with whichever security feature you chose and you enter your pattern/password/PIN and you're in

Smart lock and double tap to lock

Hi all, I've found a thing that annoys me so much.
Situation: you have smart lock enabled(pattern) with face recognition and you have nova launcher with a double tap gesture which points at an app like this: https://www.google.com/url?q=https:...sQFjAA&usg=AFQjCNH2WrgNyGB4zzQoGw-JCywm67EFcw (there are many apps similar, I tried with others too)
If you lock the screen double tapping, during the next unlock smart lock will be disabled. I don't know why because locking the device with the power button, the next unlock is working with face recognition.
It seems that the app which lock the device enables this feature: http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/1...-unlock-to-require-a-manual-unlock-next-time/ but why?
Can someone find a workaround for this?

There's a bug in Lollipop which affects the lock/unlock pin. Could it be that this is affecting you?

No face to unlock, how to add this

I noticed that there is no face to unlock on my Yoga Book. It's the only Android device I have, that doesn't have this option under the smart lock menu. Is there a way to add face to unlock?

Face Unlock

Hi Devs,
Is the there a way the phone will unlock automatically using face detection. I have set the face unlock but I have slide after the face unlock removes the lock to go to home screen. Is there a way the face unlock can work like one plus.

no any custom are available
Try Grabvitybox. It works like OP5's face lock but not like that of OP5T.
use gravity box.

Use this xposed module.

You don't need any Xposed or Magisk Module. Flash a ROM that supports it by default. AOSPExtended, for an example.
If not rooted use autoinput and trusted face
