Unable to access Recovery Mode - Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 YT3-850F - Thinkpad Tablet General

Part way through rooting the tablet I try and boot into recovery mode but it just displays pink/blue pixels and lines. Is there a way to reset the process and get access to recovery mode?

It sounds like you are stuck in the hardware test mode not recovery. Just hold the vol + and pwr at the same time until you see the Lenovo logo and let go. This should boot you into recovery. Alternatively, vol - and pwr gets you to fastboot which you can reboot using the fastboot reboot commands.

Won't boot to recovery, just has a pixelated screen. It will however boot normally. I've done a factory reset and tried to do a system update but it bots to a pixelated screen again.

How do I boot into recovery from a bootloop?

I flashed a wrong file in twrp and my phone went into a bootloop. I want to boot into recovery to reflash the ROM but I can't do it, the phone is stuck into a continuous bootloop (stuck at the Samsung logo and vibrating over and over again). I can boot into download mode using vol down + power + home, but vol up for recovery isn't working.

1. Boot in DOWNLOAD MODE and flash the correct TWRP via ODIN again. Done.
2. If the step 1 doesn't work. Boot in DOWNLOAD MODE, reflash STOCK rom and reflash the TWRP, the one good for your device. Done.

Secret mode wasn't working in the Samsung browser so I flashed a zip that I found on xda that supposedly fixes this issue and cleared the cache and dalvik cache. I don't see how this could have erased twrp from my device. I currently don't have acces to a computer so I can't use Odin, is there really no way to force shutdown it or something?

Enter download mode, once you are in download mode press at the same time power + home + volume down button. As soon as the screen goes black release the volume down button and press the volume up button immediately, then it will boot up to TWRP

I cannot access the recovery mode

I cannot access the recovery mode
I tried:
- Power off your Nexus 10, and reboot it into fastboot mode by holding the volume up button, volume down button and power button.
No success, the tablet vibrates but stop in the black screen.
And by adb no sucess too.
- adb reboot bootloader
The Nexus 10 off, but does not start the recovery mode, stop in the black screen.
Official 5.1.1
Someone has an idea to fix it?

Stuck in Fastboot and Bootloop

Hi,
I had installed Viper OS but then the phone got stuck in bootloop and when I try to go to recovery it just takes me to the fastboot mode. I am unable to go into recovery even with power+vol up. I tried to install new rom with MiFlash but when I do it, it just shows complete in a second and when I try to restart the device it get stuck in bootloop again. What should I do ?
Try Power + Vol+ + Vol-

stuck in BootLoop

Hello i installed on my Rooted and Bootloader Unlocked Oneplus 6t the pixlify module
Then i clicked restart and now i can only see the Dark Google Boot animation
I Already Tried :
Turning off (restart) while pressing power and volume up to go intop Recovery (TWRP)
Its just not working i cant get into twrp
What happens Exactly after i pressed : power and volume up
Phone restarts
I see the Bootloader Warning
And then again the Boot Animation
Volume up + Power combination boots into bootloader not recovery, recovery combination is Volume down + Power.
Anyway you can't even boot to bootloader? Or it restarts after booting to bootloader?

You need to delete this module, you shouldn't install any magisk module without reading what they do or how they work.
It's perfectly stated in the repo that pixelfy isn't for OOS (Oxygen OS).
You need to boot into TWRP recovery, If your device is detected on your PC try adb reboot recovery
Or if it's detected in fastboot/bootloader then use fastboot boot twrp.img (Replace twrp.img with your image location and name)
If it's not detected try fastboot continue (You may have to spam this command for a couple of times)
Note: To run these commands you may want to install your device specific driver and adb tools. You can get the driver from here.
If you successfully booted into TWRP then flash pixelify zip again to completely uninstall it.

[SOLVED] Can unlock but can't boot to recovery.

runing step16
fastboot reboot

But this boots to normal boot with completely purple not working screen.
And I couldn't figure out that it is normal install is broken but not recovery boot.
To more confusion, before accassing lineage recovery or TWRP loads common LG recovery and offers delete all user data.
This creates impression TWRP or lineage recovery is not installed and is broken.
Now everything works.
I used key combination VolumeDown Power release power on LG Logo and hold Power again. Chose erase user data / factory reset and this let me boot to custom recovery mode and flesh rom with sideload command.
