Hi, how can I flash moun kernel to my stock 8.1.0? And is it stable enough to be daily driver??

I was searching for Best stable Nougat rom for my Redmi note 3 in this forum and i found that Aex N Unofficial and Viper os N unofficial are two good Rom so suggest me which Rom should i flash
Preference - Battery plus performence
Please also Suggest kernel with settings (if any)

Havoc os 3.6 + pico gapps + default kernel = geekbench score 282 (single core)
Stock 082 pie = geekbench score 261 (single score)
