Clarity/resolution - LG V50 ThinQ Real Life Review

The LG V50 ThinQ has a crazy crisp display. Just kidding, this is automated text so who knows if this screen is any good. So, you be the judge! A higher rating indicates that it's extremely sharp and clear, and that you cannot see pixels with your naked eye.

It's very sharp but obviously not on default settings. When I bought device I was even concerned why fonts are slightly blurry and for example icons not really sharp especially during close inspection. My phone came with screen resolution limited to just 1080p and I had to change it manually to 1440p which is of course very sharp and crispy doesn't matter how close from eyes I keep display everything looks perfect.

Not much to say, it's a Samsung 2K AMOLED screen. Can't beat that! The curve doesn't really mess up the viewing of the screen and it looks great with adjustable saturation.
I agree, this screen is damn near as good out of the box as the screen was on my s6 edge. I just have to find the sweet spot in the saturation and warmth settings. But yes, it is as amazing as the specs suggests it would be.

1080p in a cell phone is the perfect balance between battery life and clarity. The screen is clear and crisp, and while no doubt high end Samsungs have nicer screens, you would only notice this if using them side-by-side.

High res, great quality on this screen.
I love this screen. Bright, accurate, crisp whole also easy on my sensitive eyes.

The screen is extremely sharp. Even when I look very closely at the screen, I cannot see individual pixels, which is quite impressive for a budget phone. In addition to that, the screen is not 16:9, it is wider when viewed from landscape mode.

The screen is pretty clear, 1080P videos play clearly and smoothly too. The screen is NOT 4K, so you don't get QHD DPI, but in my opinion unless you're editing film, or in the movie industry you may not be able to tell a difference. I know that I can't.
