Hi. I use a htc one m9 plus with a vr box set. When i play vr video in non hd it works fine but when i try tonplay other resolution other than 720p the video is scrambled with green and red lines like in the photo

whenever i play some video , games or browse instagram my screen gets flickered more often........ help please......
Have anyone have issue when play low res video,it look not smooth / pixel not smooth?

I've had this phone for 4 months now and just recently when I try recording videos it won't let me. I restarted the phone a bunch of times, I also tried clearing the data of the camera but still no fix to it.
