S View problem with official ROM but not with custom ROM

I had S View working with last LineageOS ROM, and when I bought the phone with the official ROM as well.
Now, I've installed the last official stock ROM and it doesn't work.
I've tried this with no luck:

I have the same problem as the guy in this video:

Any idea of why it works in custom ROMs but not in the official?

Need help installing CloudyG2 3.3 from lineage os 14!

I am currently using lineage os 14.1 and i would like to install cloudyG2 rom for more stock lg experience. I couldn't find anything about flashing it from android 7.1 . can i just flash the rom from twrp or do i need to go back to stock kk/lp first?
Thanks in advance
i had try install cloudy 3.3 from 7.1.2 crdroid 3.9 and lineage 14. It ok (TWRW 3.2.0.1) D802
but i think you shoud back to lollipop first
@momirsarac Did you manage to install the ROM coming straight from LineageOS, or did you flash vanilla Lollipop after all?
you can flash directly from LineageOS without problems, at least i didn't have any issues.

Is installing custom roms after pie still broken?

Hi! I finally got the pie update but I'm not convinced by it... I would like to install a custom rom but I've heard that installing a custom rom bricks your phone
Is there any workaround?

I updated to Pie and after that have flashed all major ROMs for Tissot without any issue.

need help

Hello friends,
I hope you can help me understand if it is already explained in any thread of this forum, I had the rom stock 8 with turbo game installed, it gave failures and I decided to try another rom install twrp 3.2.3.0-hi6259-askuccio-v1, clean and install the rom lineage 15.1 the most recent but I no longer load the start logo when in the previous version if I loaded it now I do not load anything from used erecovery to restore a rom stock b366 my doubt is if there is any way to return to Try a custom rom and I did everything again from the bootloader to install in this official rom stock, if it will not be a nuisance to be stuck in roms stock when I have worried other beautiful roms.
by the way my device is WAS-LX3 AT&T Mexico, I am currently stuck in the rom stock WAS-LX3 8.0.0.366 (C212CUSTC212D001)
first of all, Thanks.

Trouble upgrading from Android 6 - Xiaomi.eu - MIUI 10

My Redmi 4 Prime is still running great as my backup phone, and I've loaned it to a few friends when they were phoneless too.
It has Xiaomi.eu Android 6 MIUI 10 ROM and TWRP 3.0.2 installed.
I downloaded and tried to flash Havoc OS for Android 9 and 10 but neither was able to be installed. So I loaded up the Xiaomi.eu ROM again and it went on perfectly with Magisk too.
Is there something I need to do so that I can install a newer ROM. I remember upgrading another phone and I had to install some Firmware before I could install Pie. Or do I just need to upgrade TWRP?
I had a look through this forum but couldn't see anything like that mentioned.
Thanks if you can help
you have to install an upgraded twrp. I'm using orangefox TWRP (search for orangefox markw) and I have installed a ported miui12 rom with android 9. Working well:
